Lovely staff! Beautiful studio! Wonderful workouts and music, and I feel so much stronger. It is expensive but worth it and pushes me to do more than I could ever do at home.

The owner cares and knows everybody. The women who go are kind, caring people. The classes are fantastic and the place has become a second home.
