The guy closing on 6/1 did a good job keeping his cool despite a man coming in with more than a dozen individual Amazon return minutes before closing Very smooth and easy experience overall.

I tried to print a document from a USB drive, but the in-store computer could not read the drive. I know that the USB drive works as I use it regularly and I checked the documents before going. The staff at the store could not help me, but could not refund me because the computer belongs to a third party. I paid $5 for nothing. This is not the first bad experience at this store, I will not go again, the staff is unhelpful and rude.

Lost a package. Did not claim responsibility. Hung up / rude on phone. Accused us of lying about dropping off the package in question. Value of item lost was $1200.

Good service, packages here have always been processed efficiently. I would recommend this UPS store if you’re in the area.

I have been to this store 3 times and their support and customer service are horrible. If you want to visit a well run UPS store near Wellesley, go to the Needham store. I will never return to the Wellesley UPS store,

I dropped off two packages, and the guy who helps there is not helpful at all, doesn't even say good afternoon. Probably because he heard my accent, they think they can treat you however they want without providing good service. I was charged $16 for a small package and $4 for a larger return. It makes no sense. Very poor service, and it’s obvious he doesn’t want the job he has. Typical.

DONT COME TO THIS STORE!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received over the past three visits to your location. First, my package was rejected because the labels were crossed with a sharpie, which seemed unnecessary. Then, I was told I’d be charged $8 to print a label instead of simply accepting the QR code from my phone, which many other locations do without issue. Finally, I returned with a properly labeled box and a printed QR code, only to be met with a condescending attitude from an employee who informed me I would need to pay $1 just to tape the label onto my box.
It’s not about the dollar—it’s about the rudeness, lack of helpfulness, and the apparent disdain your staff has for their jobs. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and makes for an incredibly frustrating customer experience.

Hello
This is to submit a formal complaint against a female staff at the above premises on Saturday 9/14 morning.
I had the by far the worst UPS store experience here on 9:14 late morning. Around 10:30am, I went to ship back my RH parcels and forgot to bring the labels with me. They told me I would have to use their public computer to log into my email account and I would need to pay the computer time. As I did not want to log into my account from their public computer and risk cyber security and since I had already printed them out at home, I decided I’d come back as I would have other errands in the area later that day.
I came back around 12:40pm
upon grabbing my labels from home. However, when I came back, and m only then, they then told me I now had to pay $1 / parcel to tape the labels on. Why did they not tell me this at my first visit?!
Other UPS stores would have happily helped me out since I made the whole effort of coming back which I told them I would. They should have told me the first time I would have to tape it on happily!
The female staff took no responsibility of telling me that! They were very unhelpful and the female staff from the first visit just said “oh yeah thats right!”
The sheer disrespect for other people’s time and effort felt very poor. I was this close to buying the tape at the store but i just left upon paying my $2 bucks for two parcels.
I felt that they had zero consideration of other people’s time (especially weekend time) and did not even offer to take care of it given the circumstances.
They should stop their lam unhelpful behavior and be sure to inform their customers all the information they need not in pieces. Had they told me I would be charged for tape (they did not even have the UPS slip supposedly. It would have costed them zero effort to ell me “by the way please tape it on yourself or you will be charged $1/parcel!” What game are you trying to play here?
