So much attitude for what??? I went to the post office and got to my passport appointment literally 5 minutes late. I was berated and made to feel horribly when they told me I didn’t fill out a form. So rude. On top of that, they were racist toward me and immediately assumed I wasn’t from the area (I’m not): “you go to college here right?” in a condescending tone, as if that meant they could refuse me service. They cancelled my appointment. Never going back again and I can’t believe they keep employees like that.

Chucked my package into the bin from a few feet away like it was a frisbee. I get this isn't white glove service but maybe don't do that in front of the customers?

"Matt" was so rude today and shut the P.O. early! It was NOT 5 o'clock when I approached the door and he stood in the way and blocked me from entering. Look at the video time stamp!!! This guy is ALWAYS miserable and never helpful or friendly in any way. I don't need a hug, but I do expect civilized customer service!!! He should NOT be in any position where he has to deal with the public. I've watched him be difficult and rude to MANY customers. "Matt" needs to be fired or put in another position in which we customers don't have to deal with his miserable, nasty attitude. He could have easily helped me today (again it was NOT 5pm yet), but instead, he blocked the door with his big body and told me that he couldn't help me, which he absolutely could have.I went to UPS and gave THEM my business. Avoid this place at all costs!!!P.S. All other employees are perfectly pleasant. "Matt" is the only horrible one.

Left 2 bins of prestamped addressed packages, handing over counter to attendant. In subsequent weeks received notices that while two of the packages were in fact scanned at the facility they never were scanned subsequently. Contacted general USPS number to open claim, never contacted by local office, only a standard customer service rep who said that it looks like both packages were lost and because I had no incremental insurance nothing could be done.

I don't live in Wellesley but still use this post office whenever possible. The ample parking, easy in/easy out, and friendly, efficient staff are the reasons I go out of ,my way to use this location.

Went here a few days ago to drop off my first time US passport application. Matt assisted me with checking my application and signing off on whatever he needed to. He was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I also happened to drop my drivers license in the post office. Apparently somebody saw it, turned it in to him and soon after, he phoned to tell me that he had it. Excellent experience at this location! Keep up the good work.

There is one man who is consistently mean and they are never open until 5p as stated on their sign. The door is always locked a few minutes early.

I walked in to this postal office at 4:51 pm i have a very small package wanna send it international so i took a small box to put my things in it so 4:55 i came to counter guy his name is Matt asking him where to write the address to give it to him his answer was oh we close at 5:00 pm in a very rude way while it was still 4:55 pm i told him it's not 5 o'clock yet he was yes but you didn't write the address yet so your not ready please come tomorrow or go to another on 2 miles aways they open till 6:00 pm.

I've only had good experiences at this Post Office. The wait time has been reasonable (I usually go in the morning) and the clerks have been friendly and helpful. One woman even gave me excellent advice about sending my overnight package more cheaply (I had to repackage it to fit certain dimensions, but it worked and I gaved a couple bucks!). They do a good job here.

I walked all the way to this post office to find my package to have them tell me that my package wasn't there and to check back at my institution's post office (mind you I had stopped at a post office closer to my institution and they redirected me to this one). So I go back and check and they don't have my package either. I wait two days and call back Turns out, this post office had my package the whole time! Thank you for wasting my time.

I have been trying to reach this post office for days by phone, as a mail forwarding request has not gone into effect for over 2 weeks. Unfortunately for me, I am not longer in the area and cannot easily pop into the post office instead of trying them by phone. The other POs answer the phone but can't help me, and no matter when I call the line is busy.
