Horrible Customer Service!! Disgustingly Rude! This post office is supposed to open at 7:30. There was nobody at the counter. The door was locked, but I heard a lot of people behind another door. So I knocked, then opened the door to ask if they were opening and was told 8 o’clock shortstaffed and then he slammed the door in my face. How rude and unprofessional!!

This post office is the worst post office I have ever been to. Since moving, we've had to use a PO Box for our mail and we mistakenly chose this post office. There is not one polite person in this post office. They complained that I get too many packages. There are a post office they are supposed to deal with mail. I have been shamed for getting packages that are too big. I have been shamed for getting too many packages. I had something shipped to me using expedited shipping, it arrived on the 16th at the post office. I still have not received any slip or notification that there is a package waiting for me. The line moves slower than any other line I have ever been in. I literally dread picking up my mail because I know that I will have to deal with the grumpiest people I have ever met. I gave it two stars because at least it's clean and conveniently located.

I called to get info about a new passport application and a friendly woman picked up on the first ring! She was super-helpful and gave me all the info I needed to set up my appointment. Super job!!!

Bad customer service!!Website was showing that it would close at 6:00pm on Tuesday. I walked there to mail a letter at 5:02pm. There were a few customers waiting in a queue. One staff, a black lady stopped me and said it’s closed. I told her that 5:00 pm is the only time that I can come to the post office and I don’t have a car. She said Boston post office will close at midnight! I pre-filled the certified ticket. It won’t spend more than 3 minutes to complete the transaction. As a person who also works in the service industry, we always accommodate our customers. This is the worst service that I have ever had!!

Came for child passport. After standing in line, the first thing we heard was "they will just have to wait I have a lot of things to do here" in reference to us. When it came our turn, we were then informed the camera is broken. Both of us parents had to be there (time off work, appointment made in advance, no solutions offered). Had to leave and reschedule for another time (elsewhere of course) and take more time off. Nothing we can do.

First off, they deserve at least 4 stars for representing the US Postal Service whose workers are, arguably, among this country’s least appreciated essential workers! Six days a week, year round, they bring mail everywhere in this great land form very reasonable rates!Secondly, the staff at this post office are friendly, courteous, and helpful! Most with a good sense of humor, too. I have a PO Box at this one, left over from an old work from home job. I’ve kept it because it’s super convenient, with no mail piling up if I go away for a few days. Now I can even get birthday and holiday greeting cards, gift cards to put in them, and mail it all in the same stop! I love this post office. I do wish PO Box access hours were longer, even if the office itself closes.

Shipped a painting (38x28x3", 5 lbs) and compared rates online:USPS: $64UPS: $50Had to go to USPS anyway for media mail, so checked the price in person: $64. Decided to drive down the road to UPS and save $14. That didn't work out because the UPS store has their finger on the scale in every way. They measured the package as 39x29x4" and almost 7 lbs, and quoted a price of $71. The nominal UPS rates maybe lower in some cases, but USPS is more honest in pricing packages. Also Michael who helped us was nice.

The staff in this post office are consistently rude and condescending. They interrogated me about why I needed to send such a large package abroad given how expensive it was. This is none of their business. They don't understand that the UK does not have "provinces". It does though have counties. One time a lady at the front desk looked visibly annoyed as when I lined up she was playing Pokemon Go on her phone. She imagined that she was being paid to play video games rather than run a post office. Another time a gentleman employee did not understand how to fill out a customs form and adamantly gave the wrong information. They have mastered the art of making you feel insignificant. Over the years I have watched them play favorites telling one person that they need to stand aside while amending a form because "other people are in line" while immediately wasting a lot of time frivolously chatting with a customer about their vacation. Apparently they "knew" them. You will frequently queue up for a long time indeed. And they lack a clock so far as I can tell so you don't as easily notice. So why not give it one star? Well it is open lengthy hours - something I am deeply appreciative of. It opens at 7:30 am allowing you to take care of an urgent matter before work. It is conveniently located next to the commuter rail and close to various forms of parking. It has post office boxes and the full plethora of options from a full service branch. Sometimes they will quickly give you what you need of it simple, like a book of stamps. Indeed the best way to deal with the employees is to keep things as simple as possible. If I had better options I would go elsewhere. I wish there was a way to force government services to be less condescending and rude.

Full-service post office near Wellesley Square, they have all the proper features including a long line for a clerk, post office boxes and a display of both free and paid materials for shipping. Priority Mail, Express Mail and you can buy boxes if you're sending your package First Class or something else. There was a bit of a queue today and it took a little bit to get to be able to purchase a small number of postcard stamps. They have drive-up for post boxes so you don't have to exit your vehicle. These folks are so nice! I accidentally left my roll of tape at the counter when I was mailing a package, and next morning it arrived in an envelope at my house! I'm beyond impressed. So thoughtful. Thanks guys!

The only reason why this office gets a 4 is because finding parking is terrible at this location. Aside from that, the service is amazing. These clerks were slammed when I went in but they managed to get customers in and out with only two clerks working the counter. Great job!
