Fantastic Service! Brought my watch in with a damaged axel 10 days before the warranty expired. Watches, Etc. repaired it quickly and wouldn't let me pay - honored the warranty without question. Great experience, lovely people! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Watches Etc. serviced my 25 year-old automatic watch with an ETA 2892 A2 movement that was not keeping time. I wanted to get it serviced locally and was very happy to find Watches Etc. in Wellesley. My watch is now within spec for accuracy, amplitude, power reserve and pressure test. Moreover it has been cleaned inside and out and looks like a new watch! The price was reasonable and communication from Tami was great. Thank you!

After having to ship my Anonimo watch out of state 3 times for repair, and being told by countless local watchmakers that they could not fix it. Watches Etc. stepped up and without a sweat fixed, serviced and cleaned my watch with a 2 year warranty in under a month. I would recommend anyone to this business great customer service and results. No reason to go anywhere else! Thanks!

I don't have to go Boston downtown anymore. The watch battery replacement service is swift and price is reasonable. I will recommend others for their watch services.

What a great find! A needed a battery and seal replaced in a Concord watch and first went to the Framingham outpost, of an old, Boston jewelry store. I was given a song and dance about the cost, between $20-180, and how long the repair would take, which was between 1-5 weeks.
We went into Watches Etc and in 15 minutes, my watch not only received a new battery and seal, but was pressure tested as well. This was for all of $20. Not a showy place, but lovely and efficient as well!

I have had three repairs done here over the last five years. All three have been both pleasant & professionally handled experiences: from estimate, turnaround time, reasonable pricing, and of course, quality of repair. And as a bonus: this is a locally owned business and not part of a chain operation. Highly recommended.

Thank you Watches Etc. (in Wellesley, MA) for getting me back my fabulously "spruced up" Cartier Tank Watch - which now looks and feels like brand new!! - Took some time to get my Watch working , but worth every week of waiting....was met by Owner and Assistent in the very best and nicest way! I do warmly recommend this place! - Pleasant feeling stepping into this cozy and very tasteful, welcoming little store in downtown Wellesley! ? THANK YOU for great Service!?

My first time in the store was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is so difficult to find excellent repair services for both contemporary and vintage watches. I found both.

Recently benefited from great service and expertise in regard to having my Omega Seamaster repaired. My calendar, which I was told by my former jeweler that was "unrepairable", works great now! Nice to work with real professionals!

They sell Seiko watches but when I called they told me they don't service them.

These people are wonderful!! I brought my father's not-very-fancy watch in for repair a couple of months ago. They diagnosed the problem quickly, called with an estimate and fixed the watch in a matter of days and for a reasonable price. Then I had to take it in again to have the band fixed because a rivet in the band had fallen out. Not only did they fix that rivet, but they checked the others while I waited ... for $12.50! And while I used only their repair services, I did notice they have a beautiful selection of new and secondhand watches. Please patronize!

Really amazing Tag and Rolex service with great results. A great local alternative to more expensive factory options. Highly recommended.
