Any car dealer can get a five star review for an easy cash and carry/ off the lot purchase -- let's face it -- the Toyota brand sells itself. My transaction was not that easy, but giving Wellesley Toyota a Five Star review is easy for me to do now. This transaction had it all: Hard to find vehicles, unique dealer installed add ons, inconsistent shipping updates, challenging financing, insurance companies unresponsiveness,complicated trade in buyouts, a crazy busy day on the sales floor, tough buyer schedules and an unfortunate delivery challenge. Considering that I previously walked out of another dealer that wouldn't let me test drive anything, gave me false information about production and dates of their incoming inventory, lied about other dealer's delivery dates, made me sit around forever and was just rude in general, I was not expecting much. The manner in which the sales team, the service team and finance team responded to these challenges is why this dealership gets my top review and future business. If you have interactions with Kevin, Dave, Brandon or Justin - you will know you are in good hands.

We had a car appointment with a promise that if the car was not available, they would call us. Our travel time to get to Wellesley is two hours. Needless to say, there was no call and we were told the car was in a service center at another location. This is an example of poor customer service with no consideration of our time as well. We will not be doing business with Toyota of Wellesley now or on the future.

They are so disorganized, the wait times are incredible long. I could not be unsatisfied with the service and professionalism of the work and efficienc.

I take my highlander here for servicing, and this last time I happened to ask someone how much it would cost to upgrade my car. While I didn't end up making the trade, I really appreciated the honesty, kindness and respect of the salesman I worked with: Mark Welcome. He got me the best deal possible, and the people at Toyota gave me a great offer. While ultimately I couldn't make it work, I am confident that when it is time for a new vehicle again, I will certainly be returning there to work with Mark. It is a family owned business as well, which I like.

Wellesley Toyota on Rt 9 Service is excellent. I usually wait for my service to be done. If something extra has to be done, they come and explain why , plus they give you an accurate cost estimate of the extra work. I find their work excellent and I find them very professional and trust worthy.

Don't trust these reviews. some if these 5 stars reviews are highly suspicious - for example seems like "Rachel" goes around ascribing one star to many regional toyota dealership and five stars to this particular one. My own experience with this dealership was unfavorable - sales tactics were bordering on the unethical. I would never go back.

Kevin and Brad from sales are fantastic and did an amazing job helping me pick out and make my RAV4 XLE Hybrid. My mother also got her RAV4 here. Exceptional service and will be recommending to other friends and family.

They demanded that I come in to pay in full for a vehicle on order that hasn't arrived yet, just because it's the end of the month. Excuse me, but your July sales number is NOT my problem!

As a repeat customer, I had the opportunity to deal with Brandon Luciano regarding the purchase of a second vehicle at Wellesley Toyota. This was my second time having a car purchase experience with Brandon. On both occasions, Brandon was very helpful, honest, patient and professional in my interaction with him. I one hundred percent recommend Wellesley Toyota and specifically Brandon Luciano to help with the purchase of a new Toyota!

"Interestingly" I did not get a follow up survey to complete. I have always gotten a follow up survey after each service. I am certain that this is intentional so that my thoughts would not reach Toyota. I have the ability to reach out to Toyota directly. Also, since they touched my car, I am now getting 10 mpg less than I normally do. Hmmmm

The guest wifi doesn't work and they won't give you the password to their wifi, so definitely don't wait there.

Love my new Highlander XSE ! The buying process was smooth and pressure free. Nathan the salesman was extremely helpful and thorough, his professionalism made my car buying experience went so well and relax. Wish more dealership can hire people like him.

I was sooooo disappointed recently in the service I received @ Toyota of Wellesley. I had brought my car in for annual checkup and to check problems I was having with my speaker and sunroof. First and foremost, the service people were not friendly.. and one remarked to me after my commenting to him, "Wow, you have been here for quite some time". His response was, "Yeah, way too long as far as I am concerned!" The cashier was too busy eating her lunch to explain what I needed to do with the form that was on her desk. It seemed I was interrupting her. I also had asked to have to have my sunroof looked at because it did not open/close in the warm weather. They sprayed oil in it and by the time I got home, the sunroof no longer work. Lastly, when I queried about the speakers not working in my car for my phone, I was told "Probably the front speakers, but we have to pull the door apart to diagnose and that will be an extra $150. Once we know, we may not be able to repair it today because we may not have the parts." Upon asking what this could cost, I was quoted somewhere between $1500 and $2K. I left very disenchanted. Furthermore, Toyota does not go the extra mile to give its customers great service like a car wash coupon, as Subaru in Natick does. Nor would they blow debris and dirt off my engine, when asked if that could be done while the hood was opened. In the end, I went to Mega-Watt in Malborough and had my speaker problems diagnosed and repaired in under 2 hours for $316.00. NOT the possible $2K Toyota quoted me. I would like to purchase a new Toyota again, as I have loved my car... but if this is the direction Toyota service is going, I am going to go elsewhere to purchase my next car. Also, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! They need better customer service training and providing their staff with a dose or two of prozac to cheer them up!!!

I just picked up my new car after working with Victor. he was such an amazing salesman! he helped me set up my car and explained all of its features in detail. he wasn't pushy like other salesman I've worked with before. he was personable and professional. i highly recommended working with him next time you're looking for a new car!
