I would NEVER recommend this company. The deserve ZERO stars. We placed a $204 order for sheets and towels August 1st for our vacation and NEVER received them. We have contacted these people 8 times about a refund and have been given the run around since August 1st. They took our money and never delivered. We had no sheets or towels after arriving to Cape Cod by plane. Thankfully the owner of the place gave us the code to her locked closet and we were bale to use hers or we would have slept on bare mattresses and had to have bought towel to shower. This is the absolute worst customer service of all time.

Do not go near this company! We initially paid for linen rentals for a month. Five days later we were charged an additional $113.00 dollars on our credit card without authorization. They just kept our number illegally. For a full month while in Wellfleet we tried to get a refund, but were given the runaround. From our 'CEO' is busy, to she will contact you etc, etc. Six weeks later still no response. We are now going through the fraud department of our credit card and they will deal with the fraud. In addition to this it is a company that cuts corners in cleaning and do not even clean the toilets or wash the floors. Our feet were filthy from walking on the floor until I cleaned them

I would have given zero stars to Furies if it had let me. We rented linens and towels from Furies for five beds, one of which was a king. The king sized sheets did not fit (see photos). We had to drive to Target about 20 miles away to purchase a king sized set. I sent an email to Furies the next day (May 26th) and they apologized for the problem, promising a refund. I replied, thanking them for rectifying the situation and asked when we might see the refund back in our account. They responded saying that they only do refunds by check and that they would be sending it out "soon". My husband has called and spoken with Alex, four times, I believe, over the last few weeks. These are the excuses that he heard: "Sorry, the company has 'switched' hands" and we are just finalizing everything;" "the 'switch over' is complete and checks will be cut soon;" "the checks should be cut today;" and most recently "the checks were processed today and you should receive it by Friday (July 29). We have not received any checks. It seems that we were just getting the run around. Very disappointed in this company. Because of this horrible situation, we will likely not book any places that do not provide their own linens.

We have used The Furies for 20 years to clean between weekly rentals. This year, though we booked months in advance as usual, they missed the last 4 out of 5 cleanings, and if we hadn't heard from the most recent renters, they would have continued to not clean. As it is, they are now booked for the rest of the summer and we have to find backup. We have enthusiastically recommended them in the past. Never again.

I booked the Furies to Do a spring cleaning. They missed a lot of dust, and neglected to clean one of the bedrooms. They promised to call to send a team back to fix the problems, but never called. Then they agreed to come back a month later, but hen cancelled that appointment. I know things are rough during the summer peak and during Covid, and I still think this is not professional.

If you like mop streaks and cleaners smoking cigarettes on your property then this business is right for you! Will never recommend in the future.

The furies are easy to reach and dependable, but the service varies depending on which of their cleaners come to clean. I wish they were more consistent. On average the cleaning job is "okay".

This place is a mess....literally. Outside you are lured in with a cool old metropolitan car, a horse and various cool items. The inside does have a few cool old things but the prices are just insanely high. Old paintings, furniture, appliances, and all kinds of old rusty junktinques. I fared much better up the road at the Wellfleet flea market.
