Bookstore & Restaurant is a longstanding family seafood business on the Outer Cape, offering unique waterfront dining on a beautiful harbor. The fantastic food includes classics like oysters, chowder, lobster roll, fish and chips, and a fish pot to die for, with great GF options. Service is friendly, attentive, and very good. The upstairs dining room provides terrific views. The atmosphere is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with ample parking. It is a favorite stop for lunch, featuring terrific Bloody Marys and unique drinks. The combination of amazing food, great service, and a simple, comfortable setting makes it a place customers will definitely return to.
Family friendly. We ate on the patio. We got seated on a Friday night within 20 minutes. Tasty food with generous portions. Recommend the shrimp tacos, oyster po boy, Mexican baked cod and fried scallops.
