A confusion about scheduling an appointment online had me arrive with no test ordered. Gretchen went "above and beyond" to help me actually get the test I needed. Ramona was absolutely professional, friendly and efficient. I am deeply grateful and impressed with my contact with such human kindness today in the midst of health care overload and exhaustion.

They were very nice and helpful. Just ignore Google and Waze app directions, they were off by 3 miles on rt 6.

It depends on the tech on duty that determines the competence or quality of care. But overall they are mediocre in the way they conduct business. I had a script from my doctor but, it didn't have the fax number to send results. Instead of having a directory to look up the doctor's number, the tech said she couldn't find it in their system, so she couldn't draw the blood. I asked her to check further, so she checked in with her "supervisor" who said the same thing because it was a doctor off Cape. How is it possible that in this day and age that Quest does not have access to a national directory of MD with key information? Especially since I have used them in other locations. So they did not do the lab work - or call the doctor's office for the fax number. I had to return with the information to get the work done. How incompetent a way to run a medical lab service.

Total of four hours ( plus 2 hours travel time) to make an appointment, and get tests taken. Had to return a second time due to a lab error in processing of my tests. No way to talk to a live customer service representative and they do not respond to emails they request you send via their internal contact system. I had my test 30 days ago and the results still are not posted to my online account. If your doctor is not on their system and you are required to have your test orders faxed to them, do not use them. They are expensive also. My out of pockets were double what my regular lab service costs.

So true! I had to walk in to a place to get my questions answered. Website information is wrong! We booked the "first" apt at 8am and found that many had apts before us - waited 45 min and went home.

Forget it if you call and want to speak to a human being. I appreciate that you folks at Quest are busy, but frequently our questions are not covered in the choices your recording gives us. A real live person, please!
