Decided to take a scenic drive through Wellfleet and came across this great little shop. Randy, the shop owner, was super nice and knowledgable. The store is filled with well sourced, quality made and unique items. We will definitely be returning in the future. Bonus points to Randy for taking the time to tell us about the town and its history.

My brother got me a blown glass shark here at Christmas, and it got broken. I was devastated! You have no idea how happy I was when I saw them in the display case, and my brother stated this was where he got it. I confessed to its demise and immediately purchased a new one! I also found beautiful Cape Cod dog collars for my pups here! (Please note, dogs are welcome!) The owner is very nice, so please support this amazing local business!

Beautiful shop with quality merchandise. The man behind the counter was rude and lazy. As summer residents for over 50 years, we are good customers of Wellfleet merchants. The man attending to the store seemed to only be interested in a young woman and talking with her about nightlife and the local beat for over 20 min. He just ignored my daughter and me. My daughter, a young professional, politely asked a question about an item. He was annoyed and didn't seem to care if we were interested in buying anything. We finally left. If he was an employee, I hope the owner speaks with him. I would like to return another day when someone else is behind the counter.

Very nice proprietor; he was very friendly and knowledgeable and even suggested that I bring my dogs inside, as they were waiting for me in the car. He gave them treats and had also offered to mind my fiesty one while I shopped!Offered within, is a nice selection of Made in America ceramics, posters, linens, jewelry and some food items. It was my first time within the shop after regularly vacationing on the Cape for many many years, and I was delighted to discover what will be a new "annual stop" in the future.Side note: The petty, negative comments a few have posted, were due to a controversial garment one shopper had chosen to wear into the shop, which could have been interpreted as offensive and polarizing to other customers. The proprietor had every right to insure that all of his customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Moral of the story? Don't be a "Karen".

Great and eclectic selection, knowledgable person (owner?)— we had a great talk about the value of good art, vs the mindset of local-at-all-costs. Came away feeling inspired and with a beautiful handmade dish. And my wife got a lovely pair of earrings too.

A wonderful gallery with a fantastic owner. My husband I stopped in a couple of days ago. The store itself is filled with lovely, American-made crafts. The owner is friendly and knowledgable about all of the pieces and artists he carries within his shop. This shop is a must-stop if you're in Wellfleet!

We accidentally came upon this cute town when we left the highway to find a sunset. No sunset view, but this store was adorable. We purchased one of their specialty mushrooms. We have been enjoying it year round both inside in a planter and outside in the garden for a year now and will return again for more this summer.

Do NOT shop here! The owner is rude and bigoted. I was shopping in the store and when I approached the register with my friend, he asked me to leave as I was wearing something that supported our President!

To the owner who is trying to defend his actions...your response to my review is a lie. While my friend did complete her purchase with you, she NEVER said she supported your policy! You have sufficiently lost another customer. SHE will NEVER come back!!!

When you're discriminated against and so poorly mistreated by the store owner to the point you're asked to leave when trying to make a purchase? Yes, this is a true story and occurred in this very store to one of the sweetest most harmless woman I know. To the owner of this store: Take a good long look in the mirror...YOU are the problem.

My family has been coming to Cape Code for more than 20 years. Usually, we stay in Wellfleet. If not, we make sure to visit downtown and spend time in the shops we love. This used to be one of them. Ownership appears to have changed, and not for the better. My 13-year old daughter let my wife and I know the man behind the counter had been staring at her and watching her every move while we were in the shop. We left and entered the shop next door. He followed us there and spoke to the woman behind the counter, at which point her eyes began to follow our daughter around her shop. We left and waited outside as our daughter described her discomfort with the situation. A minute later the first shop owner exited the neighboring store. My wife politely explained to him that our daughter wasn’t trying to steal anything to put his mind at ease. The proper response would be something along the lines of, “I’m sorry. No one intended her to feel that way. It’s just a misunderstanding.” Instead, he immediately grew defensive, snapped at my wife and demanded she apologize to him! I run one of the largest vintage toy stores in the Midwest. If one of my employees had made a child feel so uncomfortable that her parents felt compelled to say something, and his response was to demand a public apology from the customer, he would no longer be an employee.
