“I had some bodywork and odds and ends done on my Volks~~ and they were simply fantastic every step of the way: good communication, prompt responses, friendly service--couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended!”
“Sherm and Steve have always been respectable service men and Steve's dad Sherm has been extremely Knowledgeable when it comes to fire arms and abstracts I've bought a few fire arms as well as reloading stations and supplies and never had any issues very professional I highly recommend them for auto repair/ auto body and sporting goods and they are leaders not followers in their business.”
“I needed two tail light replacements and was going to have to pay 320$ for the parts new. I called them and they were so nice and helpful, had the parts I needed and were a quarter of what I would have paid at an auto parts store. Plus they have a cute resident beagle, and signage by the entrance that indicates acceptance and a safe environment. Could not recommend more.”
“Peter does excellent autobody work. He knows the ins and outs regarding insurance coverage. Truly professional and explains everything well. Nice, honest fellow too.”

“I stopped in for a crush gasket for an oil drain plug, and the employee behind the counter was very helpful and made sure I got the exact part I needed. He couldn’t find it at first but continued searching until he found it. I was impressed at the effort he put for a part costing $1.50.”
“It was like 3 days before Xmas when my cars front right break caliper was falling off because a bracket bolt fell out and using another car within the last hours after having no luck at auto zone oreilys and fastnal, I ripped there so fast and was lucky to pull a bolt off a VW in the yard. When I went to pay feeling blessed to find this bolt lol they said merry Xmas and refused to take my money. Literally thank God for brookside auto parts”
“I came across this store along with a laundry list of parts I needed for my car. Im not the most car savy so I went in not really knowing what I may or may not have needed. The general manager Matt approached with right away and from that moment I knew I was in good hands. He listened to my concerns and what I thought I needed. His professionalism and knowledge of the store/parts was impeccable. He guided me through every little detail and even explained things to me I had no idea about. I will be a forever customer here! Kudos to Matt for an amazing all around experience!”
“Garbage. Too many issues with the service deparment and too many lies. I bough a car for 19,000 dollars with problems just after 5 months with me the check engine ligth is on. A lemon car. Avoid this dealer.”

“I was almost two hours away. Jake took care of everything in 15 minutes. Even though it was so far away, it was worth it. What more could be than reliable and clear. We went for me and got a part for the person next to me. I will try to get what I need about the car from here.”
