I bought a Bruno stairlift from able 10 12 years ago I am a mechanic I have fixed it many times possibly 25 times at the time 10 or 12 years ago I spent $4,000 I'm ready to buy a new one but being a mechanic I thought maybe I could hold off for another year or two probably. The price more like 6 or 7,000 now when it was first put in it was used to begin with but I paid full price there are no parts anywhere to be found so I fixed them myself I recently called to talk to Chris Doherty and had no response which is very sad because like I said I'm ready to spend $6,000 or seven thousand for a new one. I just wish he called me back so I know for sure if I needed an absolute new one. It's been 2 days no phone call and there were a lot of other outfits that'll do this for me.

My husband who has Parkinsons is very pleased with Able Home handicap ramp. The deck is sturdy and very accessible. The installers did a very good job in a timely manner. The Lifetime guarantee is very reassuring. Thank you Matt for all you do.

Very happy with the service, they came to do the installation when they said they were to come on time and crew was very efficient .
Ramp and landing was very sturdy.
Would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

You won't find a more caring staff. They came to my rescue installing stairlifts and an outdoor ramp while I was still in Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital with a broken femur. I truly cannot say enough positive for the company as it would take hours! Hopefully, I will never need there services again, but if I do, I need look no further!!!!!!!!!

A loved one was in need of access to their home and it needed to happen fast. I'm out of state and requested quotes from several companies around Worcester. I worked with Matt, from Able Home, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They had the ramp installed in a matter of days. Days! As far as ramps go, the report I got was that it is very stable and far from the eye sore that was expected. The customer service, as well as the product itself, is just top notch here. Their price was better than the competition too. I absolutely recommend Able Home to anyone looking for a ramp.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I was faced with an urgent need to make my home accessible for an aging parent + received several quotes that were astronomically priced. This company was responsive, communicated clearly + provided options in all price ranges. The representative, Ryan, was professional + knowledgeable. The installation team arrived when they say they would + did a fantastic job. The total purchase (not rental) price was 60% less than the other quotes I received. I am impressed by the quality + appearance of the ramp. I highly recommend this company.

We highly recommend Able Home Accessibilty - we recently purchased a stairlift and the service they provided was excellent from sales through installation and fine tuning. Every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We especially like that they have a showroom where we could try a chair before we purchased one.

We decided to invest in a stairlift so we could stay in our current home after several attempts to purchase a single story home failed. It was important to us that we buy from a company with a local presence and after much research, we decided on Able Home Accessibility. They were a pleasure to deal with and we were able to try a chair in their showroom. They were able to quote us on the spot based on a photo we provided and when they came in person to measure, they realized we could get away with a configuration that would save us $1500 and didn't hesitate to tell us. The prompt installation and an additional visit to tweak the system was very professional. We're very satisfied. Thanks to Matt, Ryan, Connor and Chris - you're all great!

Able Home Accessibility did a fantastic job of installing the ramp I needed. While I was still in rehab recovery from a stroke, I reached out to Matt of Able Home Accessibility, showed him a photo of my front door, and discussed what I thought I needed to be installed. I was going to be discharged in one week and needed the ramp finished before I arrived home. Matt went to my home and then sent me a quote for the project. I agreed to the quote, and Matt and his crew were finished two days before I got home. They did a 5-star job. I highly recommend Able Home Accessibility.

Matt and his team at Able Home did great work on the custom curved stairlift for my mother at our house. From the initial visit to the installation, we were very satisfied with all our interactions with Able Home. The lift was put in about 18 months ago, and it has worked absolutely perfectly ever since. Having this lift has freed us from fears that my mother would be injured in a fall down the stairs.A stairlift is not a small investment, so the knowledge that Matt was available to answer questions as we made our decision was invaluable. We also appreciated that Matt wasn't pushy and didn't try to up-sell us on features we didn't need, unlike other groups that gave us quotes.If you are considering working with Able Home, you can feel confident in their reliability and in the quality of their work.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Matt and Chris! What a relief it was to deal with owners and not salespeople. I bought a townhouse with many stairs after not being able to find a one level condo. Matt and Chris were amazing in their ability to promptly come do an estimate; educate me about the MA Home Modification Loan Program; and help make my home handicap accessible! I would highly recommend this company and give it many more stars if I was able to! Well done!
