I brought my motorhome in for a refrigerator repair expecting to pay several hundred to get it fixed but to my very pleasant surprise It was less than 200 I know camping world doesn't always get good reviews but I have to say the service department here did a great job.

Typical shady corporate practicesBeware of their shady $1495 "prep fee"And their jacked up $299 "doc fee"It is a bogus added fee that is already incorporated into the price of the RVI feel bad for Brad, the sales associate who was very patient and kind...but corporate greed cost him my business

Looks like we're in the same boat as others that posted reviews about horrendous service at Camping Word of West Boylston. It really doesn't take much to provide good customer service these days...even in a post-Covid world (and yes, the excuse of not having enough help is tough to swallow when you see 4 people sitting behind the counter). Good customer service is taking a few minutes to return calls or emails, following-up on parts ordered, talking to customers without an I-don't-give-a-crap attitude. Don't lie to your customers or blame others for your lack of effort - be responsible! It's not your fault that manufacturer's workmanship is shoddy these days, but if you're going to sell their products, then you should be responsible for making sure problems get fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Camping World has had our trailer in their possession longer than we have since purchasing it in July 2023. There are no lemon laws in Massachusetts that cover RVs or campers, but we do have an Attorney General...and that's where we're headed next.

Called ahead to make sure they had propane and someone to fill our tanks, after calling another Camping World in NH and asking the same thing and arriving to find out no one was there to pump - anyway - called ahead since this was well out of our travel plans to make sure the same thing didn't happen again - and the girl put us on hold to "make sure". She confirmed, yes, the propane was fixed that morning and someone was there to fill our tanks. We arrived less than an hour later and, no the propane was not fixed. No apologies when we explained the situation. No offer of where to go get propane in the area. No question about who did we speak to (so they could let them know). Just Nope! Terrible customer service now from TWO Camping Worlds. Looking elsewhere for RV service and supplies!

Total sleazeballs. They quote me a price for my rv then when I get there offer me $3,000 less. The reasons: the 7-pin connector is rusty, there is mold in one corner somewhere, and my personal favorite the roof is dirty. They figure that since you're already there you're not gonna want to take the rv back home. Scumbags.

We recently bought a used travel trailer here that is in great condition. We had a blowout shortly after picking trailer up. We hadn't driven very far at all. I called Camping World and spoke to the general manager, Mike, and explained what happened and that we were disappointed that the tire blew so soon. Mike was very couteous and understood our frustration. We bought 5 new tires from elsewhere at a very good price. Mike told me to send receipt and pics of blowout andthe old tires. He said they would reimburse us in full. We received the check yesterday. As this was a used unit, we didn't think that they would help us out, but they did! We are very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Camping World for taking care of our problem so quickly.

My wife and I are staying in our camper up until the end of the year and we are going through propane very quickly Mus docking in my daughters driveway LOL! The people in their propane service and sales area are fantastic. I called and was going to be late to pick up some propane and refill my tanks and they stayed open a little extra just for me. Also filling up propane tanks at camping world is so much less expensive than at gas stations or using blue rhino. They fill up propane by the pound and you wind up paying about five dollars or more or less per tank compared to other options. Highly recommended and very friendly service!

I would recommend buying an RV from Camping World but under no circumstances should you bring it back for service! After the camping world in boylston had our brand new fifth wheel for five weeks, not only did they not fix the issues I had, when I picked it up the fresh water tank was leaking and blamed us refusing to fix it. oh wait! It gets better! While they had it for the five weeks, again brand new RV, they backed it into another unit damaging the paint, body and awning. That was almost a year ago, to this day they still have not fixed it and have blown me off every time I was told they would take care of it. Skip the warranty work and pay for it yourself with a qualified service professional, it will save you time and a big headache.

Very disappointed in the service I received. Bought a used camper in October and couldn’t pick it up due to problems with the awning and heater. When I did pick it up, I was told I didn’t pay for weight distribution setup (I had the hitch and everything), I paid over $25k for a camper and didn’t come with help to setup the hitch???? Now that we have camped for the first time I have found the black water tank stinks and when I flushed it I found dirt brown water being flushed out, so they never cleaned the tanks like they said they did. Also found a leak in the back of the outside shower after I hooked up water from campground. The connection for the cold water was extremely loose, so they never even checked the water system. Then I found the electric side of the hot water was not working, which I found the wire from the back of the switch had become disconnected, since I only traveled 5-miles to this campground and was smooth travel, I doubt they even checked the hot water (most likely not since they didn’t check the water system). Not at all happy with the after sale service!

Loved these guys. Price match ✔️ great attitudes. Willingness to help. Even added on my coupon. If he kept going I was concerned Ed he would be paying me lmao. They joked around with my toddler while still maininting their professionalism and doing their job better then expected. I'll definitely be back

Wish I read these reviews first. I was sold a class C without a marketable title. That is. You can't register it. Get an inspection sticker on it. It's not even supposed to be on the road. Corporate was of no help. That saying if your not happy than I'm not happy is total BS. Cause I'm not even close to happy. It's costing me money as I still make payments on the loan. And payments to insure the rv I can't use. Or even trade in at a different company as it has no title. I've bought many cars and boats in my lifetime and have never been through such milaki ever. Stuck waiting. Never again

If only zero stars was an option for the Chichester store. I would never recommend selling a camper to them. After being spoken to extremely rudely not being valued as a customer at all. This location wants to move my camper that they no longer want to a storage lot where I now owe a monthly payment. My camper was in storage for a year and I told them there was no damage to my knowledge but now apparently after they have held my camper for 5 days my slide outs don't go in. This is a huge liability and they won't even return my camper unless I pay them more money when they aren't even buying it. I've bought multiple campers from them over the years but never again.

This place put my family at risk, as well has a terrible service department. I was sold a pop up camper with a defective and old carbon monoxide propane detector. They are to be replaced after 5 years, this one was from 2016. Additionally, work that was to be completed prior to pick up wasn’t done, I am very disappointed in this location.28OCT22 edit. This company has not followed through and done the right thing. Shop elsewhere. They had plenty of chances to redeem themselves to no avail.I am repairing issues myself that this location promised would be completed, it was to have a propane valve replaced on the fridge - which did not occur - further putting my family at risk. Avoid at all costsEdit after submitting report via BBB 21OCT22, have had a number of calls that are clearly cost driven interns of resolution. Their policies and procedures are clearly deficient and poorly managed if a product is sold with defective safety equipment. I feel like I am getting the run around - Buy elsewhere.

Horrible communication from Warranty and Service, I have been waiting for 1 part since we received the trailer 2 years ago, a simple window latch . Then a part for the fridge for 8 months now, I have been going back and forth on emails and was told parts were shipping Nov 11 and have had no updates since then. I would not recommend this location for anything after the Sale and if this is how they are after I wouldn't recommend buying here either.
