Good bank and app overall, and they gave me a good auto loan. Plus, they care about customer's satisfaction!!

That's not a bad bank but it's not a good one either. I once spent 13 minutes at the drive-thru to deposit a single check. Like many banks in the area, they seem to have a relatively High number of staff changes. interest rates on deposits are relatively competitive, which is one reason to consider them.
