i’ve always had the worst service here, once had my husbands card stuck in the machine and they pretty much told us to leave and they’ll figure it out later, not leaving my card for anyone to take. Got the card out myself with the tools out of the back of my car. Rude customer service. Pretty much the worst bank i’ve been to.

Great customer service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Out of all the banks I've done business with, this branch is at the top.

I visited this location to process a couple of banking transactions. There were four tellers total, but it seemed pretty clear that two tellers were in training. The tellers who helped me were polite and thoroughly explained the processing of my transactions. Another woman, who had come in for copies of her bank statements, was being helped by the other two tellers. A gentleman had come into the bank while we were being helped, waited a few minutes and left. We were the only customers in the bank. Some woman, who I assumed to be a manager, came out of one of the offices and asked what was happening with the other transaction. She was incredibly rude and condescending to the customer. She told the customer the process was taking too long, she had two new tellers in training, and it was unacceptable that another customer walked out. (How was this the customer's fault?) She then offered to help the customer with the remaining statements because her process would be so much quicker. The woman reluctantly went with the woman to her office, where the door was kept open. I thought this would be the point where she redeemed herself and helped the woman. But, no. She reminded the customer, in a really condescending tone, that bank statements are sent to her, she should already have the information she was asking for, and she should do some research before coming in to the bank. What?!?! I don't care if this poor woman goes to the bank every day and asks for her bank statements to be printed, she should never have been talked to the way she was today. I have never been so appalled at the level of rudeness I witnessed from this employee, who clearly needs a training on customer service.
