Cvs as a whole is terrible! Staff were very rude my last couple visits. They couldn't tell me why my prescription wasn't available even though I had confirmation from the doctor and approval in the CVS app. Had similar situations in the past and very testy with simple questions.

Terrible pharmacy staff and extremely rude with no motivation to work and help out any customers. Been a customer for years and have never seen this type of care. Pharmacist and doesn’t know why my prescription wasn’t filled? Ridiculous

Legitimately the worst pharmacy I've ever been to rude and not helpful at all. Always an issue filling my kids prescriptions.

They do not allow you to speak with a person Theirs is one of the worst automated systems I've ever had to deal with. How does CVS expect customers like my dad, in his 90s, to communicate?
Could not reach pharmacy or store manager. As mentioned earlier I was not able to get a person on the line.
I have left several messages, and have not heard back.

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 I would! This is the saddest excuse for a pharmacy I've ever experienced. I pull up in the driveway to pick up my prescription and my husband's prescription. They don't have my husband's insurance information so I give them his insurance card. They ask me if I want to come in, I say no. Then they tell me it is going to take an hour to put the card in. Really? Walgreens down the street added the information in literally one minute and gave me the prescription. Then the guy continues to ring me out and tries to charge me 58$ in full for a prescription that costs nothing to him with insurance. They were too lazy to put the card info in. I always have a problem here. My doctor prescribed me a med I've been taking for 8 years. They left me without my prescription and wouldn't fill it until my doctor confirmed it. She had just called it into them and they never asked her any questions. She refused to call back and sent my prescription elsewhere where it was filled and given to me with no problems. If this store wants to question everybody's doctor, then go to medical school. You do not qualify to question a doctor about their choices for me. Just do your job and fill it! Absolutely the worst pharmacy. There's 2 others close by , Walmart and Walgreens. Both are exceptionally better. Do not go here. You'll always have problems. All calls go to voicemail. They don't bother to call you though. You'll never get the prescription!

The best customer service CVS in Massachusetts is the West Boylston store. Moth, Adam, Angel, (the tall man with a beard, sorry I don’t know his name) They go above and beyond their job description and treat customers as if they were the owners of CVS. Congratulations to CVS manager for hiring and training your employees how to be polite and caring.

The worst pharmacy, will give you the wrong prescription then make you wait 40 minutes past promised time for the correct replacement
