“We have been to their butcher shop multiple times in the last few months and all of our experiences have been top notch. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about everything they sell. I asked for help in cooking a prime rib for my family and it was perfect!! I have asked for suggestions on other poultry and pork alike and have not been disappointed. It feels comfortable when you walk in by how u are greeted by staff. They are attentive to their customers by being engaging in conversation about what they are looking for today and how can they help you. We also go to their Deli that serves Boars Head products! They are also very friendly and eager to help you with anything you want. We order ahead as we travel from Hudson to W Boylston to go to S&S ! It's so yummy and my family will continue to shop here. The stores are both bright and clean! I'm impressed! Want to come to the Hudson/Berlin area!! Thank you for such great service and food!!”

“I had sent one of our workers down here to pick up a bunch of pork, and they ordered it wrong. I called Emeralds meats and they kindly explain to me the interaction they had with our staff member. I explained to Emeralds what I was actually looking for and they were more than willing to work with us to get us what we actually needed even though it was not their mistake or their fault or their problem.
I did not take them up on their generous offer as it was clearly not their mistake but they were more than willing to be flexible. Most places probably would have told me to go kick sand but they didn't. They run a class act operation down there. I will absolutely return.”
“Lots of choices of authentic polish specialties. Many fresh made items including breads and pastries. English seems to be a second language for many staff, but we worked it out. Store was very crowded with customers, but everyone was polite, patient and waited their turn at the counter.”

“Every 2-3 weeks my wife and I spend $150+ in meats from S&S. I live in Norwood Mass. We have been buying our meats there for the past 10+ years. Every meat we have bought, cooked, and eaten has been the very best. Very high quality meats. No other butcher around can touch S&S. It is well worth the trip. The service is excellent, wide range of selections, special cuts, and I always tell them how awesome there meats are.”
