Moth, Adam, Angel, (the tall man with a beard, sorry I don’t know his name) They go above and beyond their job description and treat customers as if they were the owners of CVS. “I have been with Boulevard for at least 4 years. They always provide excellent customer service and willing to help get new prescriptions approved by insurance. These past few weeks have been crazy cause of Change healthcare breach. I have special compounded meds due to allergies from the retail store manufacturers. My meds keep me alive and not knowing for a week whether insurance would cover them is very stressful. I even at the beginning called over 14 different compound pharmacy in MA and only found 1 that takes my insurance. Luckily boulevard was able to get special permission to still be able to fill them. I can't thank them enough for all they do for me and their other customers.”

“I was looking for a medication that has limited availability right now. Rite Aid had it! They quickly and easily transferred my prescription from my current pharmacy. The staff was super pleasant over the phone, something I can’t say for many of the pharmacies I had called.
When I went to pick up the tech was the most friendly pharmacy tech that I have ever encountered! I had to drive a bit to this location but it was worth every minute.”

“Delicious fish and chips and this time We tried the platter! Yum!! Fresh and well cooked!!! I don’t know if they forgot the coleslaw or it’s different now but We ordered 4 dishes: 2 fish and chips and 2 platters and we didn’t get any coleslaw. I will ask next time because this was unexpected. That’s my reason for the 4 stars”
“To be honest, the owner of Ash pharmacy is the nicest man and it’s the best pharmacy I don’t ever want to get my prescriptions ever again anywhere else and he’s so patient and quick in fill my scripts as fast as he can with my kids being by my side and them running around it is very convenient to have this gentleman fill all my scripts together so conveniently

They have been wonderful.Recently I panicked because I was going out of town and realized at the eleventh hour my mother would be out of one of her meds while I was away. “While pharmacies associated with grocery store chains have been around for awhile, I only recently started using them because the prices of specific pharmaceuticals are much less than at drug store chains like Walgreens or CVS (even with insurance). The Big Y pharmacy in their Worcester store is relatively small, but the service is excellent and people working there are pleasant. I also happened to save a lot of money on my Rx. Good to have the Big Y app loaded.”

They actually call you when it's important and sound genuinely since. It's kinda nice to go to a pharmacy and be treated amicably straight off that bat when you're stressed out or sick. Not to mention I just had an issue with my insurance and they gave me all this information and help about what I could do if it was an emergency, where I could go and numbers to call, what to ask for etc. A lot of places will seem annoyed but the person that helped was really nice.”

“Got an appointment for a Covid shot here and they were very prompt and professional. A couple days before I had gotten a flu shot at CV_, but had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time and was late for the next place I had to get to. I then looked at reviews for many CV_s, looking for a better store, and they were pretty uniformly low reviews. This Walmart Pharmacy was great for getting a vaccination. They had both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines available, and took care of me promptly. Plus you can shop for merchandise that's not overpriced after you get your shot. Will definitely use them again for vaccinations.”
