We have had money market, cd and checking accounts here since they opened in Shrewsbury. I have to say they are not perfect but better than most. Since working with Marco, we are very happy with the bank and its services. The tellers are professional and helpful.

The Santander Branch in Worcester in the Shaw's parking lot is a pleasant place. There are usually enough tellers so one doesn't have to wait very long. Everyone is nice and polite. I think their website needs a bit of updating, but other than that, it is a perfectly good place to do banking.
