I needed a code reader for my car. The item was under $20 dollars, yet was locked up by a magnet. I found an associate and politely asked for it to be opened. She said she'd find someone, but I waited for 20 minutes before I had to find another worker because nobody came to open it. I eventually found someone else who went to get one, but I still had to wait another 10+ minutes before getting it unlocked. I then had to go to the back to check out. The computer wasn working so I had to go to customer service and wait there in line for another 20 minutes just for them to tell me after a lot of beating around the bush that it was a problem between the manufacturer and Walmart and they weren't even able to sell me the item. I waited for over an hour just to be told I couldn't buy my item. On top of that, the customer service rep was not nice back to me, despite the fact that I continued to be kind, respectful, and understanding. This Walmart sucks I would strongly tell anyone to never give this place their money.

The customer service representatives are the rudest people I've ever met. You can't ask a single question without getting interrupted. Most recently, I had one of their workers stand over my shoulder the minute I got to the self checkout. Ignoring the 5 other people that also came in after me, but I guess it was because they were all white and I wasn't. One of the other white customers saw this happening and stared the worker down until she moved away from behind me. Thank you to that kind woman. All in all, this Walmart is awful.

Total idiot lady at the customer service counter. Claims that "if the item doesn't match the picture on the coupon then it won't scan." Maybe if you read the text next to it saying "including stevia".this is coming from a person who just schooled a cashier in the same store 5 minutes earlier about the picture on the the coupon not always representing the discounted item exactly. Then that same cashier gave me the discount and the coupon scanned. Also, the customer service lady remarked"ive been working here for Eighteen years. I think i know how coupons work." Yeah, lady. Not everything remains the same after 18 years. Watch-or better yet, READ the news. Maybe you can learn a little sumthin' sumthin.

Small for a Walmart, this store is easy to navigate and has the basics. While there are some frozen and refrigerated foods, there are no fresh produce or meats. Clean for an old building.

They have the rudest, most unprofessional employees at West Boylston, MA Walmart. I went there to pick up a money transfer from my daughter, who sends me money to hold for her. The customer service woman, Karen, was very rude and short tempered with me. She refused to process the transaction and give me the money. I asked why and she said because you can't pay a debt with a money transfer. I replied that it was not a debt and she rudely yelled "it's a debt. I told you they don't allow debts to be paid." I told her she needed re-training because this was the 3rd time I've received transfers from MY DAUGHTER at Walmart and I have never had a problem. I told her to get the manager. The manager, Mike, came over and Karen outright lied and told the manager I said it was a debt. I told him that was NOT true. It was money my daughter was sending for me to hold and his employee was lying! He said, "Well, there's nothing I can do. It's already been denied." There was no reason for this womans Very rude and hostile demeanor towards me. She needs to be fired as does her manager. I then went to another Walmart and the woman was very nice and gave me the money from the transfer. It's obvious now that Karen was just being mean and nasty and she and her manager lied to me by stating the transaction was denied and I could not get the money.

Disgusted. An 85 year old woman went shopping here yesterday and was unable to find her receipt (she had larger items not in bags) when on her way out. She searched for her receipt because Walmart policy requires a receipt be shown for items not in a bag, she began shaking and crying she asked the guy at the door to check with the cashier to confirm that she paid and he refused. The manager of the store (blonde lady) also refused to let her leave with her items. She left them there and told them to donate them as she walked out crying. DISGUSTING behavior treating our elderly population this way.

I went today and did a big birthday run. The smallest item got put in a separate bag which was a pack of baby alive diaper refill. Why it did not make it to the big bags of toys I dont know. When you shop here make sure you check to see if you got all your bags. I did call knowing it went with the next person. Other than that the store is clean and the checkout lines go quick.

Every employee here smells like weed. It's a mess here. Employees have no idea what they're doing. Thankfully one person I asked where the pickup location was could help. Although, he WREAKED of weed too.

They will not honor prices on their website. I went in their yesterday, and they pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH. They had a Hero Session listen on their website at $49. I still have the screen shot. I went in and the employees I talked to said they wouldn't honor it, and that the real price was 148(they said this while looking at their own website listing I had pulled up on my phone. They would not order one at their own price nor even scan their inventory to find the one listed on their LOCATIONS WEBPAGE! This is low behavior....

This Walmart does not have the supermarket area, and always seems to be short on some fruits and vegetables I am interested in. The service can be pretty slow too, just have to find the right line. But the cashiers are nice, and you can get good deals here. I keep coming back, and will continue to.

Illegal claw machine: The West boylston walmart only had one claw machine and that one was beond rigged usually the machine would be strong and let you get the prize once every 4 tries or so i tried over 8 times and the claw was still very loose and not picking up a tiny ball plush. This surprisingly is illegal to do! Because you cant collect money and give out no prize what so ever so I would like to advise the owner of this machine to give this machine better odds of winning or else this machine could get shut down and taken out the store, so please make the claw stronger and have a better payout rate.

i set out to the west. boylston wallmart, on a mission,to buy my first digital camera, and a few odds and ends,i go there at least once a month,i get my dogs medicine from the pharmacy there, hit the $5.00 dvd bins, and so on,i have never had a bad experiance there,it had always served it's purpose,on this day, i went to the electronics department and asked the clerk behind the counter to help me,as the cameras were a few isles away, she told me she was not allowed to leave the electronics department unattended(which made sense),she wasn't rude or anything like that, she just didn't offer any help, such as paging someone to assist me,the one huge complaint i have had with wallmart ,is all of it's staff is concentrated on the registers, with barely no one on the floors to assist you,(i believe the philosophy behind this is to cut down on the overhead and pass on the savings to the customers, but it dosn't always work out that way) ,in the end i could not find anyone to help me,so i put back the forty odd dollars worth of other merchandise i had gathered, and left, without the camera...,and went to target, in lincoln plaza,in worcester, where there is an abundance of help, you can barely go more than four or five isles without seeing someone that works there, again i went to the electronics department, where the clerk again told me she was not allowed to leave her station unattended,EXCEPT,she picked up her walkie talkie and asked for help, which arrived rather quickly,i was escorted to the camera isle where the person was able to assist me in picking out a camera and memory card,at the end of the day, i left having spent close to $200.00,and vowing to designate target as my new consumer destination.
