Stopped in a for a coffee before getting on I495. I was able to park my semi without obstructing anyone. It was a nice experience well stocked store. The coffee was not hot though. Staff were friendly. And the store was clean.

Ordered 2 cheese pizzas through doordash. Dasher got there and was told your store didn't have cheese anymore. We waited for a text response for other options and we're given no response. The dasher started delivering but when delivered the store automatically picked Pepperoni. We have an allergy to that! No one asked. I was also in the store earlier in the day and they could not help with simple customer service. Extremely disappointed with customer service in this store!

Stocked and Clean. Got gas and there was receipt paper and Paper towels at the gas pumps! Restroom was clean and stocked as well. Didn't purchase anything in the store, but Attendant was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. It's becoming rare to find a place that delivers like this.

July 14 @ 6:00 pm. I walk in and there is no one working the register. I can hear someone opening and closing the soda doors in the back but can't see them. I waited for over a minute (I timed it). I start to walk back there and I see the employee/woman, she makes eye contact with me and gives me a terse "you're going to have to wait a minute.". A minute goes by, and another customer also walks in. The employee/women then moves to the candy aisle and starts scanning items there totally ignoring us. At that point, the customer that came in walked out. I gave it another minute (again, timed it) and also walked out. As I was walking back to my car, I saw two other customers walk in. By the time I pulled out, I could see through the front door window that they were also waiting in line and she was still not behind the register. What a shame, I was about to drop $50 on fuel and other items. Also, the way she was ignoring the front, anyone could have walked in and grabbed whatever they want and walked out without paying.
Advice to Seven & i Holdings: Don't make bad hires like this/people who hate their jobs and treat customers who want to give you their money for your goods like they are a bother to them.

Shelf labels priced lower than the product rings up, employees don't know and do lil to acknowledge the Massachusetts fair pricing law (shelf label must match price at checkout) , and the bogo signage is difficult for customers to take advantage of when the employees use covid (ended yrs ago) over the lack of the product. These situations rip uneducated consumers off!!!! This is disgusting and disrespectful as a business.

Night staff is great, pleasant and helpful but, that red head during the day shift is insufferable. Down right rude and resents the fact that people buy lottery tickets and want to cash them in? I tried with a 500 dollar ticket and she said "No"? It's the paying customers responsibility to scratch the bar code offor no cash. I used to spend thousands on tickets there, all done, keep them.

Came in after getting some gas to get a few drinks while traveling.The employee was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely come back here when I'm around.
