This store has always been the best. However lately the employees have far exceeded all the allowable five stars. I had been having difficulty navigating apps on a new Iphone. Dreaka went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, patient and compasionette. She truly made a difference for us. This is why I buy my phones at West Bridgewater ATT.

I’ve been THREE times and they’re NOT open. Their hours are not what Google says they are, but I really don’t know what they are! I was just trying to activate my phone. I realize employees need a break, but they’re not open at 10 and it says they are. Once you get in, customer service is very nice.

My fiancé, myself and his parents all got new iPhones at this store a couple weeks ago and added ourselves to a family plan. Draeka and Paul helped us and they were truly amazing! They had so much patience and knowledge and even stayed a bit late to make sure all of our phones were activated and everything downloaded from our old phones. We were in that store for a couple hours getting everything setup and they were a pleasure to work with. Give them both raises!

Wonderful service from Nick, who patiently took care of my SIM card issue. Nick is friendly, very respectful, and capable. I’ll be back when we need new phones!

Great customer service at the Bridgewater store. Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Knows how to problem solve and addressed all issues. He handled more than one task with efficiency and knew all about the promotions available to customers. He clearly enjoys his job and we thank him for his service.

7/7/24 west Bridgewater store. We had A great experience with the salesman. The problem was ATT. Not allowing 14 pro max iPhones. They wanted the customer to buy the 15. ??

I’ll drive to Brockton or Plymouth and see how that goes. These guys don’t know how to run a business. Staff up people. You’re losing sales opportunities.
