i bought a pedal from this shop last winter. when we got home it did not work. we sent it back to the shop at their request to be repaired. 6 months went by and i called and they told me their tech had died but they had the pedal. another 6+ months has gone by with me emailing multiple times with no response. over a year at this point. cannot seem to get my pedal back and they explicitly state no refunds so i'll just say they are thieves and stole the merchandise i purchased from them. extremely low. don't shop here, find anywhere else to go.

Been buying from them for over 20 years. Some of the best amps & guitars you will find in the state, maybe even the country. Nothing but good things to say about Heath and their employees. If you want a salesman up your hole every two seconds trying to sell you a POS and coddle you, go to a crappy chain store.

The staff are fun, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They have been in this and other music-related businesses for over 20 years. They can also repair and set up your instruments and usually find you exactly what you need even if it is not in the store. They have many vintage and signed guitars, as well as being a boutique pedal dealer. Always stop by and check out the shop. You will be amazed and probably learn something new.

Great place. Good verity of instruments at any price point. Also a good verity of more unique stuff worth a look and play. New and used stuff and they are helpful yet not in your face to sell stuff.

I was sold a damaged player for a full price (advertised as ‘tested and in excellent condition’) They won’t take it back or issue any partial refund.Unfortunately I did not check out the reviews before trusting this spot, my bad.Head over to Yelp to read real reviews about how these guys conduct their business..Quite a way to make a buck guys ????

I sold them some gently used instruments and got a very fair price for them. The owner was very nice. I am gonna get my kids some lessons from them.

Got weird vibes here. People working there didnt seem interested in helping and in some ways actively discouraged trying out the guitars for sale (after my asking of course). Not enough overtly wrong to warrant a 1 star review but definitely enough to make me avoid buying anything of actual value.

I was looking for a Katana amp and they told me they didn't have it and wouldn't have it for months and they convinced and sold me a lesser quality redline amp, for the same price, one I'm very unhappy with and This place got the katanas two weeks later. The guy with no remorse told me so. Now I'm stuck with this crappy amp trying to resell it to get the amp I really want. Don't come here, don't trust them. They'll make you buy even if they don't have what you want and say what you want is bad quality.

I ordered a MIJ Jackson a few weeks ago for $200. but when I got it the post for the trem was bent. it looked like the nut holding the post set in the body was starting to come out. I returned it to my local store. I went in a week later and that same guitar was out for sale unrepaired for the same price I bought it online. When confronted about it the owner flipped out and threatened me. I don’t recommend anyone does business with this place. Run far away
