Too bad you need to add a star! This place is a disaster waiting to happen. The poor staff is dealing with trying to stack shelves in isles that are blocked with never ending boxes. I’m honestly surprised there has not been any accidents with how bad this store is. There is no help and the lady who claims to be a manager Amanda ignores customers when the line is going down the aisle and leaves 1 kid to check them out. Customers speak up asking her if she’s going to open a register and she gave 1st lady an attitude, ignores others that asked same. Definitely find another place to shop, this place is a train wreck, not safe, and not customer service, at least not with manager!! All the other employees are wonderful, and not getting proper support from their managers.

I'm not sure what's going on at the Dollar trees but these stores are empty.
The staff is always very nice though.

This dollar store is HOT MESS!!! There are boxes in every aisle blocking the carts from going down,only 1 register open with a line of 10 people... I can go on and on and on....

Store never opened due to no staff. Never clean or stocked. Shame it was such a beautiful store when it 1st opened. Good luck to this location,hopefully you find dependable staff and get organized. Best thing about this store always plenty of parking.

I have been going to this store pretty regularly and it’s always been a bit of a mess, but today it was absolutely a disaster!! Boxes in all the aisles nothing on the shelves or hanging on the walls. It was extremely difficult to find anything I was looking for. I did manage to find a couple things and bring them to the register. The Manager was on the register so her employee could take a break, I had overheard her yelling with a customer while I was still shopping, so I was a bit anxious as I approached. So I smiled and was making small talk and all was well as she rung my order until I chose cash back and she exploded slammed the cash register and went into the office, getting the money and telling me she’s not a bank and she doesn’t have that money around , that I should have asked. This was in front of multiple customers and I was left to feel like I did something wrong. I will no longer shop in this store! There is no reason for a person to be made to feel bad about a shopping experience.

3rd time ive come to this door and the doors are closed during business hours. Makes no sense. Not even a note on the door explaining why or when customers should return. Do better Dollar Tree.

I just left this dollar tree and I have no words really to express how rudely I was treated. The manager on was yelling basically the whole time at first I think she was talking on the phone about how this girl got suspended for not showing up and how she had to close the store. Then she yelled 10 items or less register 3 a few times while I was shopping so when I got to the front I only had a few items so I went to her lane she's yells at me I'm closed go to the other register. And I'm trying to tell her I heard her yelling the whole to come over here I said something about her yelling she was still yelling I could close this store I can't do this today. I'm sorry but as a customer that is just very disappointing especially as a manager come on people we can do better

Let me start off by saying the cashier was wonderful and so nice, I wish I had gotten her name. The manager on the other hand? Incredibly rude and miserable. I got in line and the person in front of me had a lot of items and it did take about 10ish minutes. The light was on when I got in line. The cashier must've turned it off after me because the other line got quite full. I had all my stuff on the belt ready to go and as the lady cashed out and left the manager yelled at me and told me I had to get out of line because he was closed. After I was there for 10 minutes. He could've cashed me out, I had maybe 10 items. Then proceeded to yell at her employee and tell him if he doesn't speak up he's not going on break. I should've spoke up for myself but I went to the other line behind everyone and had to wait even more time which was absolutely ridiculous. The whole time I was there she was yelling at her employees and talking to them like they were dumb. Literally yelling across the store at them as if there wasn't a single customer that could hear her. The new cashier I had thought her manager said something to her so she politely asked her what? and she yelled back " what I can't talk to myself???" I was in awe. I couldn't believe they allow her to speak to them like that, although I know there's probably nothing they can do considering they need the job. I felt for them. I apologized to the cashier and told her her manager is ... well let's just say, not a nice word. 3 stars because I will be back as it was a nicely stocked and clean store.

I want to personally shout out Wilma, that woman made my girlfriend and I experience great, she seemed to be running the store alone. She needs a raise, hands down. Hopefully yal make it happen! Thanks again ma'am for the snacks ?
