“I called Steve at South Shore Dream Bath on November 19 and he came out the next day for a consultation on tub to shower conversion. He listened to us and made suggestions and gave us a quote while he was here. We agreed and he told us it would take about 3 weeks to get the materials. Rich came to our house on December 10th and did the complete job in one day. We were very happy with his work and would definitely use them again.”

After other quotes, we decide to go with John Dolan due to the “all inclusive” management style as general contractor for all vendors and their cabinetry options. We didn’t have any of the worries for scheduling any aspect of the remodel! John and his crew were outstanding! Whether it was the plumber, electrician, rip out crew, install, finished work, plasterer, or flooring, they showed respect for our property and answered any questions we had. Any interaction with the office was just as professional and helpful.

“By far the best experience I’ve had with a home improvement company. Brian K and the staff at Tile Shop in Avon were extremely helpful knowledgeable and honest! After going to multiple home improvement stores looking for tile, we ended up at Tile Shop thinking that they might be a bit more than some of the other options we looked at but we found a few different options and the prices were reasonable. Every single person we interacted with was super helpful answering questions, assisting us with our choices and helping us find the right tile and grout for us that was within our budget.
