On 7/14 AM, the garden associate inside was helpful and interested in customer service and I resumed with products in hand. The cashier attending the outdoor register was not customer friendly. She looked discruntled and was out of place. I still acknowledged with a thank you, but silence was her reaction. Not everyone fits the job description. Therefore, four stars review.

Lowes does not honor their advertised pricing. Ordered a tool set for in store pick up and a week later was told that my item was in and ready for pick up. The next day before I could head over to the store my order was canceled. Was told there was a pricing error in the system and that they can under no circumstances honor their advertised price. Too bad so sad I was basically told by the store manager. I guess it’s time to head back to the Orange Hardware store.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Maya in the past she has no communication skills ,liar and personal hygiene is not her strong suit who ever promoted her from attleboro must have had a lack of candidates

Nice, clean, and well stocked. They had what I went there for. Nice location right off route 24 in West Bridgewater.

What I suggest doing is never buying any major purchases or use the Lowes Synchrony credit card at this location as they double charged for a singular $10k order and cannot figure out out how to fix it for over two months. I've reached out to Lowes Synchrony credit and asked repeatedly for help at the store. I was told by the store assistant manager this was an IT issue that they cannot fix. The order was put into dispute at the CC, denied my credit the first time saying the first order is valid and now continues to sit in a new dispute also in limbo.
the store needs to figure out how to fix their mystery order issues and credit the first order. I hope this helps other customers beware of potential double orders on their credit cards.

I went to purchase a stove and I was helped by Mark in the appliance department. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend asking for him if looking to purchase an appliance.

I purchased a refrigerator at Lowe’s in West Bridgewater and they scheduled delivery for the following Saturday between 930 and 130. I cleaned out the old fridge put all the food outside in the cooler and the trash bags are waiting for the delivery. They called and said they would be there at 10 AM. When they arrived, they said they could not remove the old refrigerator because the doorway was narrow and they could not lift it. Then I went out to observe the new fridge and it had extensive damage in the compressor housing. I rejected it. I then called Lowe’s in West Bridgewater and talked to Mary the manager. She said there was nothing she could do because even though I purchased the refrigerator in West Bridgewater it was delivered from North Dartmouth mass. I said I purchased it from you and I expect you to make this right. She said there was nothing she could do. I called North Dartmouth mass and was on hold for 30 minutes until I talked to somebody and they said they would look into it and call me back. Two hours later I have not heard back from Ryan. I am very upset and the refrigerator is for my mother Carole Dinneen and I have about $500 worth of meat and food that is now going to go bad. I will never buy another appliance from Lowe’s.

My company does multiple online orders with Lowe’s throughout a normal work week. Each time I go in Tori is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. 10/10 Excellent asset to your team. Thank you for your help.
