“I bought at car from these guys and had a great experience. I am kind of surprised reading some of these other bad reviews. I found everyone here to be extremely friendly and honest. It’s an old school auto shop, kind of feels like stepping back in time but nothing wrong with that. Yes their lot is tiny and if you pull in and block their garage bays of course they would ask you to move. When I pulled up I asked them where to park and no problem at all. Anyways on to the purchase. I bought a BMW X1. The price they advertised is exactly what I paid. No hidden fees or add ons like a few other places I went to tried to pull. I felt like they were very up front about the car itself and the purchase was very smooth. To the other review that mentioned a jump title, the owner of the shop is the seller not the shop itself so the title does indeed say a name other than Xpress Lube and tune ups. This is not an issue at all. Anyways a few days after buying the car a concern came up. I called these guys up, they apologized and then proceeded to come get the car themselves. They took care of the concern the next day at no cost to me. That shows right there that they stand behind what they sell, they gave no pushback at all. Now the X1 I bought is higher mileage and was only $8k. I did my research and knew what to expect. I brought it to a trusted BMW guy and had a full tune up done with about $2k worth of work. Only about $600 of that was necessary, the rest was taking care of potential future issues before they happen. He said the vehicle was in great shape and that even with doing the extra work I still got a good deal on it. It’s been running like a champ for over a month now. When buying a cheaper high mileage car you have to know what you are getting into. Do your research and understand the weak points of every car brand. Anyways If you want to deal with straightforward honest people then I highly recommend this shop. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely check here again the next time I am looking for a vehicle.”

“I've been going to RG for a few years but wanted to give him a review today because of how great he was to my family this morning. My wife's tire blew out a mile from his shop taking our daughter to daycare. I called him and he immediately drove down to her to help her himself and ensure everything was safe to get back on the road, and is now working on our new tires for us. Great shop and great ownership, couldn't recommend enough.”
“I had wheel locks that were seized on. Three other tire shops in town would not take on the job once they saw the locks. B & D took the job on and Steve did an excellent job of removing the locks with no damage to my wheels. Steve takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I was so happy with the results that I bought a set of tires as well. I just found my goto shop for auto repair.”

“Fantastic experience. Customer service was very helpful with answering phone calls, answering questions, and getting me out the door quickly on drop off. Estimate given was 100% accurate on time of pick up.
4 brand new tires the day after a 2foot snow storm. Dropped off at 8am and the car was ready to go by 10am. They had a Buy 3 get 1 free sale as well as an alignment. Price felt very fair. 100% recommend for tire needs.
