“today I was at TD Bank and witnessed this very rude man demanding that the employees do some thing that was against TD policy. The employees were professional friendly trying to redirect him in a very polite way and the man was totally obnoxious and rude in front of all of us. He actually threatened them and it was very embarrassing for all of us to watch the employees be abused by this extremely rude customer. The team at TD was professional friendly nice even in the company of this horrible adversary. I have been a TV customer since before the year 2000 and this team was as professional and kind as they coulxd be”

She guided me through the steps of the loan, documents needed and also answer my questions In regards to other products and services from the bank, she was very Knowledgeable.
