Usually I don't have any problems with United, but this morning was awful. Only one employee working at check-in, and when the second one came I motioned got her for help and she told me to wait. More than a half hour hold plus re-directed 3 times to the "right operator" to find out if my sister had gotten on the plane or not. I'm worried about her coming from Germany and had no way of contacting her. All I needed to know was if she got on the plane or not. Worst airlines ever.
