The local Post Office at 10 Central St has staff described as extremely diligent, wonderful, friendly, and taking their responsibilities very seriously, which provides trust. However, experiences can depend on who assists you. There have been positive experiences but also negative ones. A common occurrence can be nobody at the counter, requiring a bell to be rung. In one instance, a clerk was on a personal phone call while assisting a customer, which was distracting, peculiar, and considered rude. The service was not the greatest, as the clerk was preoccupied and did not provide adequate attention. The customer experience can vary.

I love all the Ladies at my Post Office including my Post Mistress Matti . They are extremely diligent. As an online seller I can 100% trust that my parcels will be scanned into the system which is extremely important to me. They take their responsibilities very seriously.
