What a beautiful church and the hall behind the church was huge.

The catholic calisthenics are at a comfortable pace but still gets the blood pumping. kneel, sit, stand, sit, stand, sit, stand, kneel, stand, kneel, stand, sit, stand. Repeat at least weekly.
