“This is the place to go for pond/koi care as they truly care. On a recent trip there today they took the time to troubleshoot my pond and went above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

“Bought our annual supply of tomato starts and potting soil. Didn't pay attention at checkout. Got home and saw a $39.99 charge for some unknown item. Went back and clerk quickly apologized and credited my card. Customer service used to be this way but not anymore. I'll be back”
“We went to King's to purchase a Lilac Tree. Quentin showed us many varieties and sizes. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. We ended up getting 3 Lilacs and a Dogwood.
It's now over a year later and all 4 trees are doing fabulously. King's really has such a better product than the other places. Yes, it is not a fancy retail location, but when you need trees and shrubs this is the place to go.”

“We had a terrible experience with a samsung dryer we purchased on-line. The samsung folks have a completely broken process, poor communication, and an awful delivery team. We spoke the seabrook Home Depot store manager (Dave). After weeks of failed promises from Samsung, Dave took full ownership of the issue, replaced the dryer and personally delivered it. While, we wont be purchasing Samsung, we will shop solely with Home Depot because of the outstanding customer service.”
“I would have written a bad review because my shipment was extremely late amd messed up by the vendor, but Spencer in Customer Service bailed me out. He was on top of the problem, resolved it and even volunteered to go pick up and deliver my order himself. He showed what Customer Service should be all about. Need more like him.”
