Since using the washers/dryers in our complex by Automatic Laundry it has been a constant headache about getting refunds due to overcharges for transactions. How can 1 load of wash display/post $2.00 then debit your account $5.00 + a service fee of $1.50 and the same applies when drying clothes. I gone back to check charges when they switch over to this system and I've been constantly overcharged for services rendered. I've notified the BBB and Attorney Generals Office of this and I will be contacting Kathy to get a refund for fraudulent charges to my account. I will bring this up again with the apartment leasing office and management office regarding this company.

Ridiculous system. Several times it takes your money and the machine doesn’t work. And at last, two entire loads of laundry were COMPLETELY RUINED by the machines this last time (not accounting for the several pieces that get ruined in the dryer) with black stain marks all over the clothes. Most of them only worn once, I even still have the receipts. No refunds, nothing. Just lost literally everything I like to wear. Disappointing.

Consistently overcharges debit card for laundry services including a service charge charge. Contacted Kathy and was told to wait a couple a few days for adjustment to my account as it there system to due this all charges. After waiting consistently numerous times since transition over to this system from coin machine machines I've had to call on ALL transactions for reversal of charges to my all a 3-5 days.In a way it's sort of a scam especially if budget and a senior citizen.

The new front loading washing machines clean well enough, but do not easily lock shut - you need to press the door after you shut it or it will not start. The washing machine just broke down - water all over the floor in the laundry room of the condo building. Okay, it was called in, but the customer service rep, this time and previous times, is unable to tell me anything other than it has been reported to the repair tech. She has no idea when the repair will be out or where we are in the queue. I wish that more information would be available so that customers would have an idea when the repair would take place. THAT would be real customer service - communication is very important. Gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the app works great, and at least a real person answers the phone when you call in a problem.

Some times it is a challenge to load on the card. I wish I could load it like we load gas, only like a two minute process now a thirty minute due to its complicated yet simple restoration.

The laundry room is super convenient and clean and cheap. I can buy the card and value online and then directly wash my cloth quickly. Overall, nice experience!!

The laundry facilities, work well, maintenance keeps the room clean but we live with slobs and morons here at Harmon Apartments. They keep loading powdered detergent into the machine, clogging them weekly and have no clue hope to behave on the group laundry facility.

Don't appreciate the odd cost after the last increase. Also the fact that I can't add funds electronically. I have to go to a machine after purchasing online to add funds to the card. They are typically good about timely service, though, and recovering lost funds. Really only deserve 3 stars at most but only leaving 5 stars for the $5 credit lmao

Website is terrible, goes down often or doesn’t recognize location ID number, leaving residents unable to recharge cards until next they can call during the next business hours. Cards eventually just stop working/only register error codes on the machines, but there is a low threshold for transferring your money to another card, so don’t go crazy with advance deposits or you’ll lose it. Customer service is OK but oftentimes unhelpful.

I don't like that I have to pay for my laundry where I live but the customer service team at Automatic Laundry makes it better. I had an issue a couple months ago where I moved buildings and my old laundry card wouldn't work in my new building (I was not informed by my leasing company of this). The customer service team at Automatic Laundry was AMAZING - very helpful and responsive. In less than 20 minutes I had everything sorted out.

This company is horrible. I’ve lived in my complex for 2 years now. Our machines have had issues since the day I moved in. I’ve messaged them asking for them to be cleaned and they don’t respond but they sure do raise prices. They take your money and when you asked for it back they make it seem like it was your fault. I’ve never EVER seen a person service the machines. I stopped using them because every time I washed my clothes them smelled like mold. I would give no stars if that was an option.

This is my second review. I have been treated well when I call customer service. It makes doing laundry so much easier! They got me a new laundry card in the mail in no time, and told me why my former card wasn't working.Nice people

Very convenient to be able to add value viadebit or credit card. When calling the people are always kind, helpful and very professional. I even got a call back one day when I accidentally hung up ?
