“This location has always been really great with customers but I had the best experience with Aly Keita. If you stop by or plan to stop by this location I highly recommend that you request him. He was able to help me with everything in regards to my account (credit card, checking account and savings)which no one else at any other Bank of America branch could help me with. I visited several locations in New York and Boston but it wasn't till I was helped by him that I was able to fix my entire account. He is really well trained and definitely an expert. (Don't waste your time at other locations I would say if you can just go directly to him to not deal with the hassle or attitudes at other branches)”

“Honestly I do not understand the negatives reviews. This bank has been so helpful to me in so many ways for me since english is my second language and I sometimes struggle with the language (I'm still learning) They are very patient and try to understand me and help me understand everything. I've called them so many times in my last vacations with problems and they always resolved and helped me in every situation that I had during my vacations. I love how they take care of my money by putting limits on me”

“I always have my vehicles' inspection done there. They are really speedy and even when there's a wait they are very accurate on the wait time. Super convenient location for me; plenty of coffee fast food and shopping within walking distance while I waited.”
