Very slow service. One teller working, I see many other staff standing around. When I finally get to the window, very slow processing my mortgage payment.

Three tellers and a manager behind the desk. Only one teller serving someone, SLOWLY. Other 3 talking about going to a party and laughing, not helping anyone. Line with 5 people didn't move for ten minutes. Had to give up and leave.

Coming to this branch gives me anxiety . Everyone at the branch should be trained to be a teller during there down time . There's always atleast 10 people in line with 1 teller and the rest of the employee standing around or in the office . Everyone should be trained to do teller work !!
