“This was my first time bringing our car here for repair after an accident. I was nervous since it is a brand new car, and we were concerned about possible stains during the repair process because of the white interior. However, the staff were very attentive, listened carefully to our concerns, and were respectful and professional. She made sure to take notes and communicated our concerns clearly to the repair technicians.
We received constant updates during the repair process, including notifications of any new developments or changes. Our car was completed several days earlier than the estimated completion date. When we picked it up, the car was clean and spotless.

“Brought my car into the shop today for an estimate on a dent in the front of my car. My car is a 2010 and I did not want to spend a lot of money as it has other marks on it. Travis assessed the situation and we discussed what my options were. I was not pressured. He took me right away and was able to help with the dent immediately and I didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and then some, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. I've been to this shop before, and every time they are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. “The people at OB's are great, and the service is excellent. I recently had bodywork done on the entire right side of my car which got badly scratched. When the panels were replaced and painted, there was no way to tell that it was ever damaged. The work was done quickly, and my questions about progress of the repair were readily answered.”
“We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”

They also worked with my insurance company adjuster to ensure correct replacement parts were used. DBA performed exceptional job repairing my Mercedes C63 AMG front end damage. There quality of work is outstanding. My car looks as good or better than new. The repair was challenging as many incorrect parts were shipped by Mercedes. DBA identified and resolved these issues.
