Ines is so unprofessional. She needs customer service training. While I understand this is a busy season, you have to respect customers. I paid my money for curbside pick up and waited over 45 mins for my item to come out and the store was not overly busy. When I called to ask the status I got Ines on the phone and she blamed me for the delay saying I did not check in when I clearly did. Now I see why they have 1.9 I will never shop at the West Roxbury store again.

If I could give zero star I'll do it, order some stuffs from Home Depot said arrived two weeks later, great when over HD for pickup at the service department and listen to this girl behind the desk talking on the phone for about good 8-10 minutes about her life story before she can wait on me, then she said your items arrived but I can not found it and you must come back for it, I said I know they're here because they did send me a email and text said items ready for the pickup. ok no problems I will coming back for it. I when back today at the customer service desk standing for good 10 mins and 4 persons behind the desk joking around and no one wanted to come wait on me again, some girl too busy texting on the phone, and I tried get their attention they all giving me some dirty looks, one guy come up and ask me helping me after he when back to their conversation for about 5 mins and turned around said Im going to the back picking up your stuff now. The way I treated like my times don't worth anything and they are doing me a big favor to help me. Lmfao without our customers you all losers had no f**king jobs left, this guy coming back with my stuff about 10 mins later, I'm out of here. I don't think I will going back to this location. I had to writing this out.

Worst customer service in homedepot franchise store. Cashier is lack of patient , especially at pro service check out . The cashier exhibits frustration when I ask if I could input my pro ID and kept using middle finger to point at me and merchandise while having a private phone call

First off I want to say I never write bad reviews because I am in customer service and I know how difficult it can be. But my god that is the worst run store I have ever experienced. I usually go to the Lowe's in Dedham but I had an emergency and needed to go to Home Depot. The service is pathetic. Everyone working there couldn't give 10 s**** about you. They had 50+ people "working" aka sitting on there cellphones being completely useless. They had no aisles open to check out and they had ONE self checkout available. They put paper bags on the other ones and there's a line of us and the girl who was "manning" self checkout refused to open any others to expedite the process she was too busy staring at her cellphone and gossiping with another employee. They are so rude and they make you feel like you're wasting their time. I finally went to customer service to check out because I couldn't wait any longer. As I was checking out another woman who was furious said "I've been looking for help in this department for 30 minutes and I can't find anyone" and the woman rudely said well he leaves at 4 so no one can help you. I don't care how desperate I am next time I will never go back to this awful awful store. I am by no means a Karen but they brought it out in me. Don't waste your time and money, go to the Lowe's in Dedham or ANYWHERE else.

Wanted to buy ring camera. Instructions at display stated "scan QR of item, and go to register". Scanned item, went to register-cashier was not able to scan code. Woman who was supervising registers finally broke free from the very important conversation she must have been having with her friends, and told me I needed to go back, and take picture of item I wanted. Cameras were in a locked cage, but she couldn't be bothered to move so I could show her what I wanted to buy. Snarky remarks from the group when I gave up and left. Amazon with next day delivery for me.

I’m consistently impressed by the quality of their selection and plants for the price, especially when there is fresh stock. This is probably the best big box garden center I’ve been to anywhere.

I'm currently remodeling my home which is about a $100,000 job. I purchased a toilet and shower base for the remodel. Our contractor changed the specs of design from shower to a tub so therefore we no longer need the shower base. I went into Home Depot today at around 11:30 with my husband and newborn. And was told the shower base was already returned in their system. How can that be when I have and am returning it? I was given no solutions or refund. Took the shower base and opened an IT ticket. Left Home Depot at 2:30 with more headaches and aggravations then what I came in with. Sad to see the lack of help with a new parent trying to get this done on a weekend with a crying baby.

The service for the product I was looking for was satisfactory, but the condition of the men's bathroom was atrocious. The store should assign someone to monitor its condition and clean it multiple times each day. Customers deserve it

I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready within a few hours. I waited for the text saying it was ready and it never came. I tried calling and it rang and rang with no answer. I tried again the next day and it again rang and rang with no answer. I never shop at Home Depot because their customer service it terrible, but Lowe's and ace hardware didn't have the product I needed. I ended up having to just get it on Amazon even though I prefer to shop locally.

I placed an online order more than a month ago thinking it would be another convenient way to shop. This whole experience has been a nightmare, here's why. 1. Items I ordered were easily available in the store 2. It still took more than a month to pick up at a local store 3. I have been receiving my order in piecemeal which is a big inconvenience. Do not order online from Home Depot.

Came to this store for a simple hoodfan, asked 7 workers whom all asked if they can help me when I asked which isle I could find the hood fans the look on their face of being clueless was too much, the last gentle man trying to be nice in my words, stated "if you don't know how should I? I stated to him it's your job to know you work here not I. I will never be back to this place horrible.

Needed some cabinetry designed for some new kitchen appliances. One of the design consultants, John L., used the appliance specs, plus some really cool software along with his advanced knowledge of cabinet design to put together exactly what I needed. I never realized just how complicated kitchen design is. There are so many options to choose from! But John graciously helped me sort through everything. He also provided specs for the installers. When the cabinets arrived, over two months ahead of projected delivery date, my installer guys came out and assembled everything in one day! Now, all the decisions and complexity is a fading memory and I'm left with shiny new cabinets to go with my shiny new appliances!. This time, my appliances came from a rival appliance seller because HD didn't carry the high end line I was looking for.. In the past, have purchased fridges from HD with no problems.
