Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. I have worked with several IT people, and he is right at the top. And his fees are very reasonable.

My son's gaming PC had the blue screen of death (lock out). We were being held hostage by a 3rd parties corrupt files because we didn't renew anti-virus protection with them. I tried trouble shooting it myself but finally gave up, and took it to Winmark. Ferdinand immediately identified the problem, he cleaned it up, installed an extra hard drive, then installed a new anti-virus for us. We were fixed up and on our way in no time. Ferdinand is a great guy, will be using his services for any future pc/laptop work.
