I came in during my lunch break and some of my questions about installation and possible alternatives could not be answered by the staff on hand. I provided my name and number to Olivia and she relayed it to Randy who called me back within the hour. Randy answer all of my questions and came up with some available and cost effective alternative ideas working around the current shortage in fiberglass shortage”

“Let me preface this by saying (no offense to hardware stores) but I think these are the most boring stores in the world. BUT! This Home Depot location gets five stars because they let in dogs. Which is great. Not sure if all of them do but this one does. Went shopping for blinds today for my brother's new place, and the worker who helped us was nice and knew what he was doing so that worked for us. I don't remember what his name was--sorry!! Stopping in the bathroom with my daughter to change her diaper and wow! This bathroom is the cleanest bathroom I've EVER seen in any store, anywhere. I even commented that to my mother and she laughed, it was great! Cashing out, had no problem doing so. The only issue that I had, was that my mom was looking around and at the register next to us, there was a couple who was arguing and all she did was GLANCE in their direction and the male told her to "mind your own f***ing business". THAT is not acceptable. I understand that the establishment itself has nothing do to with how a customer speaks, but still. That's not cool.”
