I went to the ATT Store in West Springfield. Gabe was amazing to work with to upgrade my phone. He was informative, knowledgeable and respectful. He didn't push me or try to get me to buy more stuff when I indicated I didn't want to. He was easy to talk to and explained all the tech stuff I didn't understand. ATT has an asset with Gabe, I hope they treat him well.

Brian could not have been friendlier or more helpful!!!! He was absolutely awesome!! It stinks that because I didn't want to pay more for my plan, he did not get a commission on the phone I purchased. This policy should change!

Justine helped me replace my phones screen. She put on a new screen and noticed it was slightly malfunctioned because the screen was smaller then it was suppose to be, so the screen was slightly still exposed. Something I wouldn’t have even noticed but would have put my phone at risk of breaking. She took the screen off and grabbed me a new one as soon as she seen it. 100/10 thank you Justine.

I highly recommend the West Springfield AT&T store if you’re looking for great service. I had the pleasure of working with Enrique. He was professional, knowledgeable and had great follow through. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly. Enrique was even gracious enough to help me days after my purchase regarding an issue I could not figure out on my own. Definitely 5 star experience!!

Justine , was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She helped get my girlfriend and I set up with new phones on our new combined plan. If we continue to have excellent customer service like we did with Justine we will be AT&T customers for a very long time.

Good as they give the lines and phone. However, when there is a problem, they do not help at all, especially this place is a thieves' place.

I believe everyone's entitled to their own opinion about the staff in this location but tbh they are nothing but kind friendly and charismatic very knowledgeable super helpful and they take their time with the customer to make sure they cover all the clients needs and expectations. So far i have "0" complaints cant ask for anyone better than these bunch
