I believe everyone's entitled to their own opinion about the staff in this location but tbh they are nothing but kind friendly and charismatic very knowledgeable super helpful and they take their time with the customer to make sure they cover all the clients needs and expectations. So far i have "0" complaints cant ask for anyone better than these bunch

I'm at the store for the second time this week, third time with an issue with this store. The employees upsell certain deals only for us to find out that they no longer apply and we're sucked into a contract where a certain amount should be credited to the account and is instead billed. I am about to make a report to the BBB and go to the news for an interview and investigation of poor business practices and essentially scams. I'll follow up if any of this is resolved.Still no resolution...

Excellent service. Studied our account and reviewed all the options that are currently available to us. Very knowledgeable of her job. And excellent customer communication skills..... Justine was a pleasure. Will definitely come back to her when we are doing business at AT & T.

Place is a joke. I did a promotion where they would give $1000 dollars for a trade in. I picked a new phone and they had problems transferring all the information to the new one. At that time they said take both phones and they wpuld credit my account anyways. Well, I wasn't credited anything and have been on the phone over 10 times to resolve this. I went back to the store about 6 months after to which I was brushed off and they said there is nothing that could be done. Do not go to this store. They will take advantage of anyone.

Had to go to 3 different stores to get 2 phones. Sold me a screen protector, but wouldn't install. Had to do it myself & screwed it up. Contacted the manufacturer for warranty replacement & was instructed that I could go to any at&t store to get replacement in Liu of getting one shipped & paying $10 for shipping!!Of course the store wouldn't replace it but sold me another & told me to return the damaged one to another store to get my money back!!Well, that didn't work either, so now i payed twice for an overpriced piece of plastic!!!Thinking now might be the time to switch carriers!!!

Called the store to see if they had a iphone 14 pro max in-stock, sales rep Gabe immediately put me on hold without allowing me to even ask my question had me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back he again immediately put me on hold for 15 minutes this time! When I called back again the manager Jennifer stated that's how they run the store when they are busy. I've worked in sales for 5 years at the very least you allow the customer to ask their question first BEFORE you put them on hold and if you're going to take long ask them if they'd like a call back opposed to making them wait 20 minutes to answer a question you could answer in 2! The manager Jennifer stated maybe that's how you do things where you work but that's not our policy here. I don't blame Gabe because clearly this is how he was trained since his manager Jennifer defended him! Always Allow the customer to respond before you put them on hold. Unbelievable, I had intentions of adding home internet and two new lines to my account. Cost themselves a good sale and earned a negative review! If I could put 0 stars I would

This place is horrible.. went into the store for one watch sat with Justine who stated there was a buy one get one promo but she failed to mention it was only for same watches and she let me leave the with 2 different watches which actually voids the promo which according to Justin assistant manager “it’s common knowledge to know that”. Now because of her error and misinformation I’m stuck paying for a watch that was suppose to be free and was told there is nothing that can be done. I have asked to speak with the store manager and still have yet to reach her cause she is “not there” when told she would be. This store is the absolute worst and I regret ever changing from my previous carrier

Jenny Santos was very professional and so helpful. I was nervous about getting a new phone and she was very patience and knowledgeable. She went over the products throughly and eased my anxiety. I am very happy with my IPhone 14.

I recently switched to AT&T as my mobile carrier. Jenny helped me get the best possible price. When I got my first bill, I noticed a lot of charges that weren’t supposed to be there, so I went into the store to try and resolve it. Jenny sat with me on the phone with customer service for an hour and would not end the call until my bill was adjusted and credited the maximum amount. I really appreciate her dedication to making sure I was a satisfied customer and not being charged for things I wasn’t supposed to. I highly recommend seeing Jenny if you want to make sure things are done correctly and efficiently.
