Jordan the salesman was very honest, down to earth, and truly made the car buying process as stress free as buying a car can be. He speaks to you as if you have been old friends for years, and makes sure you are satisfied with your purchase, would recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car here in the future.Also, Tim Michael, the manager, was very reasonable and responsive, and made it a priority to ensure a fair and successful sales transaction, he would respond to me even after hours, with any questions I had.

I had an absolute terrible purchase at father and sons with salesman Jordan he said he could take money off the car to make a deal with us when he had no power of doing so when I thought we had a deal on a car for a price he had no power to take money off. Then it came to financing we wanted to go with outside financing and he said if we went with in house financing he could take money off the car purchase price to make up for the higher interest rate which again was not true and didn’t happen. Then we went to pick up the car and it wasn’t ready when he said it would be and then blamed it on us that we hadn’t brought the check to him and they hadn’t registered or inspected it yet. Then as I was writing this while waiting for the car to be registered he ignored me and the car was supposed to be inspected he said I can come back and make an appointment or he said they can mail us a check if we want after we get a sticker somewhere else. Absolutely terrible experience.

As being the only Audi Dealership in the immediate area, the Service Department and Angela is wonderful and she provides the BEST customer service for being my A3 Audi to this Dealership.

I don't know where you get off screwing senior citizens. My father took his audi to get fixed. Engine problems so very expensive. Problem wasn't fixed. Had to go to another mechanic to fix the problem. Stop screwing over senior citizens

My sister and I were travelling from Toronto to Portland, Maine when our Audi Q5 developed a very unusual noise. We were not far from Audi West Springfield. Called and spoke to Patrick, who took our call seriously and listened patiently. We decided to backtrack, visit the dealership and have the Q5 looked at just to be on the safe side. Patrick saw us immediately, had his head mechanic take the Q5 for a drive and put it up on the hoist. While they were unable to diagnose a problem they assured us there was no apparent issue and we were probably fine to proceed on our trip. Patrick and his mechanic were understanding and professional. Can’t thank them enough for their kind efforts.Patrick, great hiking in Maine! Thank you again for your kindness. Nikki and Jennifer.

Had my car towed here after it broke down on the highway with check engine light on. They told me it would be a MINIMUM of $5500 to get it drivable. I had it towed to my mechanics and they fixed it for $365. Will never go here again.

You wonder if anyone from the dealership bothers to read these reviews. Perhaps they should. It was the second time in 13 months I was at F&S Audi for a leaky sunroof on my Audi Q3 (2021 with only 28,000 miles). You know, the leaky sunroof problem that has prompted class-action lawsuits across the county. That leaky sunroof. For those who aren't familiar with the issue - this isn't just a couple of drops of water....water pours through the headliner just above the rearview mirror. It's crazy unsettling. Audi this time claimed I had not been cleaning the channels that run excess water around the sunroof and away from the vehicle. Meanwhile THEY had cleaned it just a year earlier! The F&S representative implied that, because I don't get my AUDI serviced at their location, I was to blame. So they cleaned the channels again. I have absolutely no confidence that the issue is fixed, since a number of sources online suggest the problem involves cracks in the plastic channels and not clogging of those channels. The "fix" involves more than they are owning up to.My one-star for F&S is really about their lack of transparency and the condescending attitude. The service people at the front desk claim they know nothing about a problem with the sunroof (even though the notes about my repair state the techs who actually work on the car follow the Technical Service Bulletins issued by Audi to attend to the issue. Those TSBs are issued because there have been so many problems). And if it is simply clogged channels - one has to wonder why they clog so often! ugh. We hope the courts will force Audi - and this dealership to take the problem seriously and not just "blame" the owner when the sunroof leaks. I'm giving 'em a one star because they provided me with an Uber lift since this soggy Audi is my only ride.

Gonna have to edit my review here. A couple months ago I gladly paid $200 diagnostic proactively for a check engine light that I was concerned with fail my inspection. I was given a whole list of things that should be fixed but told that none of them would be a problem for my inspection. I requested that none of the work be done at the moment and I would be back after getting a good inspection sticker. Today I went for my inspection and failed for exactly what I took my car in for. (My not surprise face). I came back and spoke to Angela who informed me that I would have to do the same diagnostic all over again since it could be a different issue (same exact codes two months later). When I said I wasn't paying for a diagnostic for the same exact issue that wasn't fixed last time and probably wouldn't be fixed this time she tacked on to the conversation that I had previously declined replacing a dust cover wish had gone missing after some work they had done on my turbo. According to her, this dust cover could also trigger these codes related to DPF (mechanic had stated otherwise) and since I declined said work they would not waive the diagnostic. I reminded her that the mechanic had previously said why this cover should be replaced and that it was not related to these codes - personally, I think they should replace the cover since it went missing while the car was in their possession, but I have never pressed this issue. At this point she changed her tone and put a lot of emphasis on that. They would absorb the diagnostic fee into any repairs tho they still would not wave the diagnostic fee. I asked if they would also be willing to absorb the last diagnostic fee as well and was told that it was for an unrelated issue so no they could not. End of the day, the first time I am the one that had to tell them that this could be a difficult issue to diagnose while they explained that it would not be an issue - totally false! They could have had a decent job out of this one. Oh well, they said if it was a problem I should just bring it back and they would get to the bottom of it. So that's what I did once I had proof that it was a problem and suddenly apparently we have a whole new story. Original review: These guys have always done me great!They acknowledge my understanding of cars and are willing to communicate on that level.They recognize when I say yes and when I say no. This company understands what it means to work for your customer and while I do most of my own work on my cars I am always happy every time that I do decide to bring my Audi here.Of course prices aren't cheap, I understand I bought an Audi. You get what you pay for. I would honestly say that they are entirely reasonable for a dealership and I will always come back.

These guys have always done me great!They acknowledge my understanding of cars and are willing to communicate on that level.They recognize when I say yes and when I say no. This company understands what it means to work for your customer and while I do most of my own work on my cars I am always happy every time that I do decide to bring my Audi here.Of course prices aren't cheap, I understand I bought an Audi. You get what you pay for. I would honestly say that they are entirely reasonable for a dealership and I will always come back.

Really good experience with their sales team, very respectful and accommodating with information on the vehicle. We could not come to an agreement on price but overall good experience.

Even since I bought my used Q5 I’ve come back to do my service and I always have an issue. Sales team, including Tim, are awesome, but Angela from the service department is far from being friendly or helpful. I wrote a comment when scheduling my service appointment, comment was never added. When I asked about it her response was “leave the car and come back tomorrow”. This time her attitude was okay but previously she hasn’t been nice at all. People spend a lot of money to get service here, so why can’t staff be a bit nicer and helpful?In response to Mr. Prentiss's response. Yes, the car had/have darker tints which are illegal without proper documentation. Documentation that I had and showed to your staff when I tried to do the inspection. But still, your staff was ignorant to the fact that it is a legal document which is processed by a medical doctor and the state of MA.

i have been waiting one year for a part. The service department does not return calls and it is impossible to contact any one but sales. Audi usa has several hour wait and the chat line keeps disconnecting.No one at audi usa or Fathers and Sons seems bothered that they cant tell me if ever i will have my car fixed
