“After a very rough start with this merger of Pryor Insurance and Chase Clarke via many frustrating phone calls last August 2023, I finally made a visit to the new office in Holyoke which proved to be the necessary move to finally smooth things out. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist at the door who introduced me to someone named Christine who proved herself extremely competent and able to fix any issue as was the case with my previous agent who moved into a different position (Diem). I left the office with all issues resolved and was thankful to have met someone new (Christine) who could continue to help me in the future. Now I can safely recommend this agency to others. “I got into my car first thing this morning to start my day. Well, it would not start. I called AAA to get a jump and they sent out a gentleman named, Cody. He was great. Polite, understanding and got me on the road in minutes. Went about my day. Go to leave work and wanted to just cry. The car wouldn't start. I called AAA, again. Got Cody again. He helped me to relax. A very very kind man. He got me started. I went right to my mechanic, upon his suggestion and got a new battery. I wish I know how I could send him a token of my appreciation”
