Having an older vehicle and looking for rails for a naked roof, the shop was not able to access the needed accessories from the distribution channel. Eric took the time to explain alternative options for me to carry my kayaks. This was exceptional award winning service, given that I cannot give them the business. I will recommend and consider them my first choice in future vehicle outfitting needs.

Went in to ask a few questions and get some information and I was blown away at how nice and great they were. Got to chat with the owners for a while and couldn't of been happier with the experience. I definitely recommend them! Educated me and were just an all around pleasure to talk to!

I bought a Line X hard Tonneau cover about 4 + years ago. had a couple of minor issues.......When ever I brought it back to them, they took care of the issue within minutes. Brought it back last week because the latch broke.........To my surprise and amazement they said they were going to replace the whole cover NO CHARGE !!! I couldn't believe it. I guess it's a no brainer to say I'm not going anywhere else for accessories for my truck. Thank you

Line-X installed a suspension lift on my Tacoma. The new suspension was installed professionally and Eric went way beyond the call of duty to insure it was done in time so I could take the truck on a long planned family vacation. This entailed Line-x driving to New Hampshire to get a part and delivering my truck to my house when finished. Thanks to Eric and Mary for their professionalism and flexibility.
