My recent encounter with their services left me thoroughly dissatisfied, prompting me to share my concerns here.Firstly, the communication throughout the repair process was abysmal. Despite assurances of weekly updates on my car's status, I was consistently left in the dark. This lack of transparency only added to my frustration, making the entire experience more challenging.The front desk's organizational skills were shockingly poor, as evidenced by misplaced paperwork that necessitated multiple trips to the facility to sign the same documents. Such disorganization is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism that significantly impacted my overall experience.However, the most disconcerting discovery was made when I found a used condom in the back of my van. I want to emphasize that this item certainly did not belong to me, raising serious questions about the level of care and professionalism exercised by Balise Collision Repair while my vehicle was in their custody. This finding has left me questioning the overall integrity and trustworthiness of the establishment.Despite my attempts to address these issues, my calls to connect with the manager, Brent, have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness only compounds the frustration I've experienced throughout this ordeal. The combination of poor communication, organizational issues, and the unsettling discovery in my vehicle leads me to strongly advise others to steer clear of Balise Collision Repair.

I recently had my car repaired at Balise Collision Repair, and while I cannot fault the quality of the work performed, my overall experience with the two managers, Scott and Brent, was nothing short of infuriating.My primary grievance revolves around the deceptive and sneaky behavior exhibited by Scott and Brent. On multiple occasions, I posed specific questions, received what seemed to be straightforward answers, only to later discover that their actions contradicted their words. When confronted about these inconsistencies, both managers shamelessly denied any wrongdoing, creating an atmosphere of distrust and frustration.Equally disheartening was the abysmal communication throughout the repair process. Upon dropping off my car, I was assured of weekly updates regarding its status. Unfortunately, this promise turned out to be an empty one, as I found myself having to initiate contact every week to inquire about my vehicle. Despite confirming my contact information multiple times, the promised updates never materialized.The pinnacle of this communication breakdown occurred when I refrained from calling for three weeks, expecting the agreed-upon updates. To my disbelief, when I finally reached out, I was informed that my car had been ready for a staggering 1.5 weeks. This revelation was not only infuriating but also costly, as I had been unnecessarily renting a car during this extended period of silence.My advice to anyone considering Balise Collision Repair is simple: save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your automotive needs. The lack of transparency, coupled with the dismissive and untruthful conduct of the management team, makes this establishment an unacceptable choice for anyone seeking a stress-free and reliable collision repair experience.

From start to finish, Balise Collision Repair was outstanding. From the phone calls I received , the interactions with the Team greeting me at the door, right through picking up my vehicle, everyone was friendly and answered all of questions. They worked with my insurance company, arranged a rental car, and kept me informed on the progress of my repair. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Balise Collision repair in West Springfield, MA, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. Initially, I was impressed with the friendly and thorough staff who examined my vehicle when I dropped it off. They assured me of regular updates through text or email, but this promise turned out to be an empty one.Throughout the entire process, I had to take the initiative and call them for updates, despite their initial commitment to keep me informed. The real frustration came when I discovered damage to my vehicle that was not immediately apparent, and I wanted to ensure it was addressed. Despite following up twice and having my wife call once, we were consistently told that our concerns were being taken care of.However, when we finally picked up our car after a lengthy 2+ month wait, we were dismayed to find that the specific issue we had called three times to verify had not been repaired. When we questioned the discrepancy, they outright denied having had any conversations about it, acting as if we were fabricating our concerns. It was only when we provided detailed records of our calls that they reluctantly acknowledged the lapses in communication.Rather than owning up to their mistakes, they tried to shift the blame onto us, insisting that we were unclear in our instructions, despite our initial paperwork clearly indicating the area of concern. The assistant manager even made a dismissive comment to my wife, saying, "we don't work for you; the insurance company pays us." This statement seemed to forget that we are the ones who ultimately pay for that insurance.Even when the issue was covered under warranty and they agreed to fix it, they failed to notify us when the car was ready for pickup. We only received a notification after reaching out to them again. It's clear that they lack accountability and do not stand behind their promises.Considering Balise Collision's apparent monopoly in the area, it might be challenging for people to avoid them. However, I strongly recommend confirming all details via email if you find yourself compelled to use their services, as their verbal commitments seem to carry little weight. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I caution others to consider alternative options if possible.

From the moment I walked into the front door, I had a pleasant greeting and I did have to wait but it wasn’t very long. The 2 girls working at the front were very, very busy. But my experience wasn’t rushed at all. I met Jenny, who took very good care of me and explained all the details that I needed to know. The rental people were waiting for me and it all went very smoothly. Two weeks later my car was all done. I went back with my rental car and again was met by Jenny who smiled and closed out my business in a friendly manner. Those two girls at the front desk are total assets to Balise. I want to give them a 10 for the way they treated me while multitasking other people and the phone. Thanks go to them for a pleasant experience.

Blaise communicated extremely well throughout the original process of getting my car repaired. They even made getting my rental car a breeze. Upon picking up my car I noticed that a replacement piece was cracked. They are ordering a replacement part to fix this issue I just wish it was caught before it was deemed repaired.

Experience was more comfortable than I expected. Staff was great, honest, detailed and handled all aspects of the process so well it was so easy to just trust them. My car was returned earlier than expected and looks brand new.

Balise Collision repair handled my GEICO claim for my Nissan after I had busted my passenger side headlight in a collision. The ladies at the front were very friendly and down to earth, along with the gentleman who looked over the car with me. When I got the car back, it looked great, and they took the time to deep clean the interior which I thought was extremely nice. If your insurance is partnered with them, I would absolutely recommend you take the deal. Without the insurance partnership they absolutely seem like great people who do great work. I was very impressed from my first greeting to when a picked up of my vehicle. Not only professional but very nice people to deal with. Service was great and the work done was better than expected. I turned my vehicle over to Balis 2 1/2 months ago and I cannot believe it took that long for a fender bender to be repaired. I called them numerous times and they did not answer to the extent that I drove there and when I spoke with the receptionist, she immediately apologized that they were overwhelmed, and had Minimal staff. She apologize profusely throughout my conversation with her. I had my insurance adjuster call and apply a little pressure after I had tried and they extended my cars stay over the weekend so they could run it through the diagnostic and clean it, but my wife had done a little snooping and found out that the car should have been released that day, and , they were just accommodating their own schedule. I called back mad and I got the car back an hour later. The car looks great. I have no complaints about the quality of work but I think they are overwhelmed and make a lot of excuses for how long it takes.

Balise collision did an awesome job on my car. Can’t even tell that it’s been damaged! They gave me weekly updates. My only issue might’ve been that it took longer than what is expected but the front end staff and the people that I communicated were clearly very well versed on customer service. They were very polite and very friendly! Awesome job guys and one more thing the car look like it was detailed when we got it back. The job itself came out great Really impressed with the work But I gave them my vehicle with a perfectly working battery They had my car over 2 months. So they should’ve taken the battery out and put it on a trickle charge. They didn’t so I was forced to buy a brand new battery on my way home from picking it up. They didn’t take responsibility for the battery dying so that’s why my review is not higher. Overall tho I would recommend them for work since the work came out good! The people that work there are very nice!
