Friendly, knowledgeable and honest repair team. They were unable to assist with all of my car issues, but were honest and fair. They explained everything in great detail and made recommendations to a dealer that specializes in my model of car. Thank you Mrs. Racine and the service team!

My elderly mother has a Honda I've had serviced at Balise. Most recently (3days ago), an issue occurred where the car died and with a battery that's less than a year old. The car was towed to Balise and the next day, my elderly mother was told that the battery was changed and she was good to go. The car died in less than 24 hours and had to be towed to Balise AGAIN at closing time on Thursday, 5/5/23. We were assured that the alternator was not the issue from the DAY before because it had been checked. They assured us multiple times that the mechanics checked "everything". Ok, I've never been a mechanic, but I trust that any mechanic with the baseline level of competence, will ensure the alternator is in working condition if the battery is drained. Just received a call today, 5/6/23, the alternator is the problem. YOU DON'T SAY??? Imagine my amazement that an alternator is the issue. This business needs to be reported. They take advantage of people and it's not ok. I am most disappointed in the fact that I'll no longer be able to trust the services from this business. It was very convenient, and I have no issue paying a premium for service that is in-line. Unfortunately, this business needs a better Quality Assurance process, and training for their mechanics. It's unacceptable to not be able to perform the MOST BASIC tasks, and then have individuals in the organization lie about what they've done. It's a shame because there customer service dept is great, but nothing makes up for poor service and business practices. Now I have to contact all the pertinent agencies to ensure that these poor practices are documented.

Good service and they will always advise as to what items you might consider addressing while you're there as needed or preventative maintenance. No hard sell easy to deal with.

Moved nearby to this location and thought I'd give them a try. Brought my car in for routine maintenance and to resolve a rough idle. Was quoted $1000 for tune up and was promised problem would be resolved. Surprise surprise, it's not. Probably won't come back here, should have looked at these reviews first :/

Service was Supeb,from the emergency call,to the warm welcome to ur shop..and Roy Martinez excellent service..A 1000 times better than Paragon honda in NY...from free transportation to breakfasts..Springfield Honda u r the BEST..

I purchased a new 2022 Honda Passport Elite in May and had a very poor experience. From wax in numerous places at delivery time to the wireless charger not working at all. The delivery booklet last page for get ready nothing was done on page 10. Oh and when you call the dealer and ask if you can buy that honda at sticker price and they say yes you can, and you go into the dealer expect them to tell you that they did not know that there was already 1800.00 worth of dealer installed accessories on the car. And to top it off I wrote a long email to Heather Torrone the manager for customer service for all of Balise and the eco and no response to date over 3 weeks, hmmm that must be due to covid.

The worst customer service at a dealership ever. When we walked in, it took 5 minutes for anyone to come over to us, with sales reps who were clearly not helping anyone. When someone finally came over and we said we were looking for a CR-V, possibly a hybrid, another rep solved his eyes and made a face. We had seen a htbrid model on the website, and they asked what the number was- I didn't have that info and we asked if they could look it up, rather than us using our phones. After a heavy sigh, they went over to a computer. The inventory wasn't available. They didn't offer to show us anything else, barely made any effort, and we left. The disinterest and downright lack of effort was staggering. We'll take our business elsewhere.
