We lease our car. The service is excellent. Bobby Doe, our dealer was exceptionally helpful and attentive 10/10. We have come to trust their service center because of their honesty and transparency.

Service a zero.Left a voicemail to the manager. Never got a response. Sparkplugs put in. Diagnostics done 165. Saved me 100 dollars. Total out of pocket 399.Car in the dealers for three weeks. Diagnostic down twice in under a month. Smdh.Hundai Velsotsr 2016 that I bought form this very dealer has been a huge disappointment. A tip, avoid them. Dealer and car.

Compared to most dealers I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Prices can be expensive but since theyre a dealership thats to be expected as oem parts and labor can add up. Anytime I speak with someone over the phone for service they are always kind and courteous and even in person they have always tried to take care of me and my cars. I also found that the sales team was pleasant and not pushy which is always nice since most car salespeople seem likes the typical pushy salesman. I will continue to go back!

If I could give no stars, I would. No one at the desks have any idea what they are doing. The service manager was also helpless. I had to contact the corporate office to “try” to get help. There is no communication with customers. It took me 6 months to get a recall fixed. I had to come in multiple times because they “lost the photos” that they took and because no one was answering my calls or emails.Had there been an option to take my car elsewhere, I would of. I will not be returning for any service in the future.

This is my first time shopping at Balise and it has been the most terrible experience to say the least. I've had the car for barely two months and I've already had to bring it in for service three times. The first time was because it needed an oil change, since they sold me the car without doing the oil change. The second time, I had to bring the car in to have the brakes serviced because they sold me the car with brake pads below 5%. They then tried to charge me over $600 for the brakes when I hadn't even had the car for two weeks. After pushing back on it, they agreed to cover the expenses. The third time I had to bring the car in because the camera unit in the car was faulty and needed to be replaced. The camera unit is required by all of the driving assist systems, so all of the systems were disabled due to the camera needing to be replaced. I am covered by warranty but Balise once again tried to charge me over $1500 to replace the camera, before I refused stating I was under warranty. On top of all this, their service is painfully slow, I've been waiting almost two days now for them to replace the camera unit. I had to rent a rental vehicle at my own expense as Balise does not offer their customers loaners (go figure). When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was transferred to a voice mail box and have still not heard back from them. I can't believe I've had this many issues with a car I haven't even had for three months. I decided to give Balise a chance, but have learned from mistakes and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. I should have known as I was driving away from the lot that Balise has some shady business practices. When I took the car for a test drive, I was told it had Android auto, but I didn't notice until much later that it does not have android auto and in fact the display was not even touch screen. Next time I'll go to Curry. Balise does not care about their customers and does very little to ensure their customers are satisfied and taken care of. For a company who's slogan is "you'll do better at Balise" I'm left feeling as I could've done better just about anywhere else.

No stars if I could. I hadn't planned on writing a review, but receiving a call a year later about a conversation I had over the weekend concerning my car purchase in August 2022, brought back the disappointment I felt regarding the conversations and the treatment I received during that transaction. I used to be a loyal Balise customer, but not anymore. Please refrain from reaching out again. Having to revisit that experience today left a bitter taste in my mouth.

ive been multiple times and everytime the service desk employees seem like the most miserable people on the planet and are impersonal and rude. the service itself is hit or miss. they have missed stuff before and had the audacity to charge again for a diagnosis workup when i came in 2 days later. they lost my keys once and took them 30 minutes to find. not fast by any means either, for an oil change i'm usually waiting at minimum an hour. i've waited three and a half hours before with an appt.

Terrible service!!! I made an appointment for an oil change. When I got there, an employee (Kent) asked me what I was there for. When I told him, his response was, “for today?”. Then he told me it would be hours before my car would be serviced because they were backed up (why didn’t someone tell me this on the phone before I drove 30 minutes to get there? I would have rescheduled). When I asked for a manager, I was told he (Edwin) was busy and was given a business card for ME to call him back. I will not be returning as this is not my first time experiencing sub-par service. If I could give zero stars I would.

In for service and inspection. No printout given. No mention of brakes. Two weeks later: terrible grinding and an emergency brake job.Service contact person's best offer was to connect me with a mechanic to tell me why my mechanic was wrong in his assessment.Take your car and money elsewhere; especially if you drive children or loved ones.EDIT: Balise response to this review saying the service manager would contact me. That hasn't happened. Balise Honda is a joke of a dealership.

Well I was quoted $140 over the phone when I made a 99-point inspection appointment for my car. The person who made the appointment gave me the quote. Well when I arrived for my appointment I was told the cost was $210. It really strapped me and I should have just left, but I had been waiting over 2 weeks for this appointment and took the day off as I was told the appointment could take 2-4 hours. I was and still am not happy. I should have just tried to call around and find other Honda dealerships but there are not many in my area and it probably would have taken another 2 weeks to get another appointment with another dealerhip. Lesson learned. Do your homework and compare prices. $200+ is outrageous for an inspection. Google said most are $150-$200. I really wanted to go to a Honda Dealer as I have a hybrid and wanted to make sure the auto mechanic was checking everything including the electric battery in the back. I was told that would be inspected but I don't see anywhere on the test printout that it was tested. Only the little battery in the front which I just replaced myself. 4 years ago when I had the electric battery tested by them, I received a little slip with all the specs and condition of the battery and it is the battery I was most concerned about and how much life it had left. Katie at the desk was very nice and said everything checked out fine after a 2 hour inspection, but when I got home and had time to read the test print sheets, there were recommendations made that were not discussed with me upon checkout.I hate that you have to call a place 2-3 times to speak to different people to make sure you are receiving the correct information and an accurate quote. There was also oil spilled down the front of my car which I had to clean before driving away.

Juan was amazing and so incredibly helpful. I was undecided between Passport and the Ridgeline I wanted to test drive both. Not only was Juan helpful, but he also drove that darn Ridgeline out of the building for me to drive! Thanks Juan. Ultimately ended with the Passport, and yep…. He drove that Avalanche back into the showroom!!! Just a great experience all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I worked with DW today for a potential new car! We both agreed this was the most pleasant car sales experience we’ve ever had. DW was knowledgeable, friendly and pressure free. While we did not purchase today we will 100% request to work with DW

Edit: Balise replied to this review and said they reached out to me. I can not see any email (maybe it's in spam) and I have no missed calls, texts, or voicemails.Original: Do not waste your time and money. I can't change my own oil. Went to a family friend at Balise to buy the car, worked extremely hard to afford the car, and I cannot change my own oil.The bolt requires a 13 mm which I find weird, because online people with the same make and model require a 17 mm.After struggling to move the bolt - I brought it back to the dealership to have the service team loosen the tension. (At this point we assumed they used an impact gun to tighten it). The service team member was so incredibly rude, handing me my keys and said "what made you think we used an impact gun, we don't use those" and then followed up with "but I loosened it for you".I don't believe that to be true. That bolt will NOT come off. The car shakes completely while attempting to remove the bolt. Now, instead of using the M1-108A filter I purchased, and the OW-20 oil I purchased - I will have to schedule an appointment with a mechanic and have the service done. That's time taken out of my day to try and get things resolved at Balise, and now time lost to go to a mechanic. Not only am I infuriated, I'm also deeply disappointed. Do better.

Juan was the BEST! I had gone in to test drive a 2023 Pilot. Saw the 2022 Passport in the showroom and fell in love. After 6 hours of a gazillion questions, I purchased it. Juan never got annoyed with my repeated questions and helped however he could. I went back about a week later for my sticker and Juan asked if I had anymore questions, which I did and he happily helped me. :)))
