Went today for a 3 hour drying on passenger side headlight due to condensation densation since colder weather came. I bought this car brand new off lot in May. 2023 Kia Soul. This should not be happening. Well, afterward, they said they need to send some sort of ticket to ask for permission to replace the headlight. PERMISSION??? THE CAR IS STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY!!! When I got home, it was worse than when I brought it in, and now the other headlight is starting. They will be replacing both headlights, or I will be hiring a lawyer. When I bought the car, the salesman also said the first oil change is free. THAT WAS A LIE. Oh, said first car wash is free. FORGOT TO MENTION IT ONLY GOOD FOR 2 MONTHS. They offer these things, but they don't. Anything for a sale.

Great, non-pushy, and informative sales team. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other dealerships and transparent. Thanks to Kaan on the sales team for taking the time to explain things and having patience while I had to sort things out prior to purchasing. Be sure to ask for Kaan when visiting.

In the market looking for a new car, I decided to stop by Balise Kia to see what they had in store. An employee named Kaan was respectful and knowledgeable about each car and helped me through out the whole way. Overall if you want to buy a Kia, go to Kaan.

Brought my 2023 Kia Soul here where I bought it. When Franscisco P. sold me the car he told me my 1st oil change is for free. Well he did not tell the truth. My headlight is having condensation inside it. Should be covered under warranty. It better be. I just bought this car in May 2023. I will be staying local where I live for my car maintenance from now on. Only for recalls I will bring it back here. The sales people are sneaky & will tell you anything you just to get a sales. My oil change was suppose to be free and he lied.

I made an appointment because my sedona was leaking coolant and it was bubbling. $3000 later they supposedly fixed the problem and 2 days later it’s overheating and doing the same thing. I have the van towed there and they tell me it may be the head gasket or engine. Mind you I have already replaced the head gasket there 2 years ago. They let me know they can wave the 2nd diagnostic fee and if i want i can try and fix the problem for $4,000 more. I am highly upset because they don’t even care to talk to you and tell you the vehicle is not worth fixing. I could have used that for a down payment on another car. I have a disabled child and paid $2,700 to get the car fixed with no fixed car. These people don’t care about you they just want your money. The manager made jokes while i was paying and laughed saying he did not test the car to see if everything was running smoothly even though I asked several times if it was driven left on and they assured me it was not overheating. I am highly upset and feel like i was taking advantage of. My sedona is not even worth $7,000 and in less than 2 years i have paid almost that price with them to fix it. They sell horrible quality vehicles and then do horrible repairs amd fix unnecessary items to just keep making money off you. Do not come here. I think they treated me this way because I am hispanic and everyone who helped me was whites and racist.I lost my job because of them lost everything and my money.

Had a very smooth experience at Balise Kia compared to other dealerships in the area while car shopping. Lindsay was very helpful in answering questions and Jose P made the entire process simple, no nonsense straight to the point. Great people over there. I will most definitely recommend Balise Kia to others.

Today I was traveling from Berwick, ME to Lenox, ME for a funeral. It was my first trip in the car where I’d need to use a charging station as my trip was 195 miles. We purchased our Kia EV6 in July and love it! Upon departing, I needed a level 3 Kia charger. I tried many places in Lenox, but only Tesla offered a fast charge. I went there but, unfortunately, their port didn’t match the Kia. I then looked for the nearest Kia dealership and that was Balise Kia in West Springfield, MA. I had only 45 miles of charge left when I arrived there. Several people recommended I drive to other local locations that had chargers, we just didn’t know what type. It was your employee, Ashley Wellington, who stepped up and sought assistance for me, given my situation. I want to recognize her for going beyond in assisting me. My day has been long and difficult due to the loss of a fine man, so her actions helped me from breaking down and crying on my inaugural voyage in my Kia. I believe good work should be pointed out, so I would ask that you please honor her in some way. A raise, a bonus, something special…she deserves it! You are lucky to have her!

Ok this one might be a little long me and my wife decided to update one of our cars and saw a white kia sportage over at Balise kia in westspringfield. Sales person rushed truw sale no explaning no info but we liked the white kia with 38k miles for 23k we where paying cash only one thing was asked that it was cleaned was told by a manager and sales person that the vehicle was going to get cleaned and detailed that was including waxed. When car was given to me car was nasty still dirty I called the sales person which told me that they had to supervise the people at the detailing at balise carwash because they never cleaned the cars right take in mind that every time I had to bring the car back is 15 to 20min drive and gas is not cheap. After bringing car in gets taken to clean a second time and still dirty, a third time still dirty they spend a whole day cleaning car was not waxed and not detailed. i have to drive to pickup a dirty not detailed car after paying 23k cash. After im called to sign some papers for a recall done in 2022 that where suposed to ve signed the day I purchased the car another 20min. Lesson I have learned they really could careless about taking care of the car if you are paying cash because aparently they make no money from a used 38k car.Pictures are from a sticker they took off and left the glue and a piece of melted something in the middle console have plenty more pictures.UpdateCar has a crazy raddle in the highway when driving over 50 miles took to the dealership lets see what they say.

Jose Perozo gave me a call in the morning because I had inquired about a Kia Sorento hybrid the night before. He asked me how about the Kia Sorento hybrid plug-in. I told him that I thought it was out of my range, too expensive to lease, I was currently paying $460.00 on my Audi A5 and I wanted to keep on those numbers. He said, give me a few minutes and i will call you back, A few minutes later he called me and told me he could make it happen, a little bit over $500,00 to lease a 2023 Sorento hybrid and plug in, I was so happyl! I drove almost 2 hours but it was totally worth it, First, because Balise Kia won't charge over MSRP, and second because Jose made it possible, The transaction was quick, I got to Balise Kla at 3:30 and at 5:30 I was driving my new Kia Sorento! Jose was very attentive to details and asked me to provide my documents before I got to the dealership to expedite the process, He wa on point and I felt very valued as a cusromer. Kia is my new family for sure, I already have my eyes on the new EV9 but that's another story. I'm extremely happy!

Balise Kia has hidden information about Kia Connect services. I'm unable to use Smart functions of my car. Nobody said a word about MA Right to Repair Law.

Ralph is the best service advisor I have encountered! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and constantly updated me with the status of my vehicle. He also was very supportive and went out of his way to make the process easy for the customer. My car runs great now all thanks to the Kia team!

I have never had a good experience with any Kia dealership once I bought my vehicle. They can sure take the money to sell it but try to service it? Forget it. I thought my last attempt to service with a dealership was the low point when they had my car for four hours while I waited and didn't even touch it. But nope. A new lower at this dealership - booked an appointment two weeks ago only to show up and be told they weren't going to do the service and I had to come back. Completely unacceptable.

I had a delightful experience at Balise Kia. If you go in, ask for Ian… he will help put you in the right car.James is a fantastic Sales Manager…. Very helpful and always goes the extra mile.The woman in the registration department is a sweetheart and does her job very well.The General Manager comes off a little rough around the edges at first, but give him the chance to see his true colors and you won’t regret it.Overall, a good experience and I would buy from again.
