Went in for oil change. Fluid levels were not topped off. paper protecting Floor mat and vehicle tag left in car. Car is now running rough and check engine light is on. Gas gage is not right now, battery issue also. For the love of God do not bring your vehicle here for any minor service. They may be ok to spend a grand but I'm thinking they put unsupervised newbies on small dollar service. A hundred and eleven for the second worse oil change. And I had left it for the day.

Went in for oil change. Fluids not topped off, air let out of tires, gas gage is funky and car is running rough. Don't bring your car here. $111 is a dealer price and I got backyard mechanic (sorry diy'rs) performance. not even.

Sales associate was great. Took the time to make sure I was informed of all the features. He was very punctual as I work overnights and understand my daytime hours are minimal. The finance manager. Did a great job with finding me the best option for financing in a price I am willing to pay.

I went into the showroom and looked at the 2 cars that were in there. No one approached me, so I went out to look at cars in the lot. Still, no one approached me. So, I left & will find another dealership that sells Nissans. I'm not sure where salesmen were.

I know other people might not mind, but I felt incredibly pressured the whole time I interacted with Ricardo “Ricky” Rodrigues.First, my significant other called ahead to see if a specific car was still available. Ricky took his name, number, and pressured to set up an appointment for a test drive. Sorta standard, we thought nothing of it. But then he asked how we were paying, got noticeably annoyed when we said we were pre-approved through our credit union. Ricky offered to run our credit again to get a better rate, but we did not want another hard check on our reports. Ricky continued to pressure us and asked my SO a couple of times to let him run it and ask for my permission over the phone too (we’re co-signing together). My SO kept politely denying, but Ricky was very adamant. Ricky also kept putting my SO on hold, unprompted, to go talk to his manager about 3-4 times and we have no idea while. He kept coming back and saying “okay, yeah, are you financing through us or what?” My SO continued to deny and eventually let him get off the phone.Today, I showed up a few hours before the appointment by myself to test drive the vehicle. Ricky was nice, but VERY pushy. I brought up a few very noticeable cosmetic issues, and he said the car will be detailed before letting me leave with it (also standard) but then pitched his own *side business* to do the things the dealership wouldn’t do. Big red flag on top of the high-pressure sale. I kept trying to leave but he continued on the “what’s it going to take to sell you this car today??” and “you like it but don’t love it, why?? What can I do?? You gotta work with me here.” I told him about another couple listings elsewhere that I was going to go see that were CPOs and less mileage for less money, and he told me to pull them up on my phone for him. NOPE! I’m outta here. I had to lie and tell him I might call him back later just to get out of there. He just wasn’t taking no for an answer.I got in my car, drove up to Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke, and bought a better priced, cleaner, lower mileage CPO within an hour. The salesman there was SUPER nice and down-to-earth and made it apparent that he had my best interest in mind. He wasn’t just trying to get a sale and genuinely cared what I thought about the cars I viewed. He didn’t want me to choose a year/trim that wasn’t the right fit for me. I am over the moon with the service I received at Gary Rome Hyundai.I wouldn’t recommend Balise Nissan to ANYONE. What an uncomfortable experience.

If a negative star is possible it would not be enough to describe the experience at this dealership today. We had a meeting for 9:00 a.m.this morning with Sobeydi Severino. It was scheduled in our calendar. All information and forms were completed online. When we arrived and asked for Sobeydi another salesperson went to go get her. She never came out. Instead Ricky the salesperson decided to "help" us. We saw the vehicle that we were approved for on the lot when we arrived. We presented the information which was already in their system. We were told that the car was sold maybe around 3:00 the day before. We were told that Sobeydi wasn't there even though she was who we were supposed to meet with. Then we were given to other car options for cars that maybe coming in next week sometime. Then we were asked to fill out additional financing forms to which we declined as we already had our financing approved and ready to go. End result...we walked out and will never return. If the vehicle wasn't available then it should be removed from your inventory. Further more honor your commitments and be professional to your customers or potential customers. I will not recommend anybody go to this or any of their other dealerships. When you try to support local businesses it was be great if customer service and integrity could be part of the business model and practices displayed by this establishment. Value your reputation within the communities you serve. We unfortunately did not do better at Balise.

My experience with Balise service has always been excellent. I am taken on time and the service is completed when estimated or more often sooner, as was the case with this most recent visit.

Very friendly service. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this Dealership to everyone. They took their time and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand.

I called to schedule an appointment because my AC stopped working and there was a noise coming from underneath the hood of my 2013 Nissan Rogue. When I arrived at my appointment, I wasn’t greeted immediately but any of the 3 ppl standing there. To be fair one was helping a customer but still a simple “I’ll be right with you would suffice”. Once acknowledged, the service rep wanted to charge me two diagnostic fees. I explained that I believed the noice and non-working AC were related because both happened the same exact day. He said “not necessarily” and went on to man-splain why. I felt strongly that they were both related. He agreed to charge only one fee but said he would have to charge another diagnostic fee if it turns out they weren’t related. He also charged me a fee to recharge my AC without diagnosing. I thought that was odd but decided to let it go. Turns out, they were related and I did not need a recharge. It also turns out, my car was diagnosed for other issues that weren’t related but I wasn’t charged a fee for the three other issues. That was quite confusing. Needless to say, I decided to go else where to have my car repaired because of the pricing confusion and unfriendly service reps. I also trusted that I wasn’t being charged unfairly.

Do not bring your car for service here. As a friend of a former employee and a current service department customer. They're service representatives are entirely inconsistent and they knowingly will not provide you a loaner vehicle even if they have several on lot. Even in a case where they have given wrong information or made a mistake the dealership still will not provide you the vehicle. They have left my family inconvenienced without a vehicle for a factory recall repair. It should be a general point of customer service to work around this issue but they refuse to give straight answers as to why they cannot provide a vehicle it's just a bunch of statements like "Well I'll have to check with my manager" or "We may be able to once we've assessed whether it's covered". I've had a recall at 2 other dealerships with my other vehicle and the loaner car was provided as a service of them so it's entirely untrue they cannot just loan you a car.

Honestly I will never buy a Nissan ever again. My experience with Balise Nissan in west Springfield has been horrible. My hood flew open while I was driving, come to find out there was a hood latch recall. My fenders were damaged, also the hood. I mean ripped metal on the body, I bring my car to service the recall. I end up dealing with vasilios Reagan. He tells me well we will fix the recall part but the damage is on you. My mind is blown, how did I have to come out of pocket for something that was clearly a Nissan issue, hence the recall. So I throw a fit, I contact Nissan corporate. Also while contacting my insurance for a claim (who will be suing Nissan if I don't get everything fixed) vasillios ends up calling me right after saying actually Nissan will fix the damage free of charge. Body work takes a long time, so I ask for a loaner vehicle. I get the run around, oh i don't know "we'll see if Nissan approves it" I shouldn't have to suffer to find rides to work and doctors appointments for my 5 year old because Nissan made a faulty part and doesn't want to give me a loaner car. Loaner cars are always sitting at the dealership for customers. So because I'm not dumping $40,000 into a new car then I should walk, right? Honestly worst customer service I've ever had, vasillios is the hardest person to reach, he's never checking emails and whenever I call he isn't there. It's an easy issue, fix my car, give me a loaner and go on with life.

I am beyond satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the treatment I received at Nissan Balise. I was nervous to go by myself but Ricky Rodriguez made all of that go away the second I spoke to him on the phone and in person . I highly recommend Nissan Balise to anyone who is looking for another vehicle. THANK YOU Nissan Balise and a big shout out to Ricky Rodriguez for his acceptional service!!!
