Horrible service no one can tell the truth. People yell at you then get mad when you yell back. Mislead you about repairs just all around a very unprofessional place. Highly recommend central Chevrolet

I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from that location. Test drove a Compass and when I changed driving with my daughter, the checked the front tires and they were BALD. I went down the road back to the dealership and checked the alignment, it steered straight to the left. Test drove a second vehicle and decided we wanted that one but wanted the CRACKED windshield replaced. They wanted us to pay for it. We left and they called immediately and said they'd replace it. The day of the transaction, we pay for the new vehicle ($32k), take a car on trade, we transfer insurance. After the paperwork, send us out in the vehicle we traded, on our TRANSFERRED registration to the NEW vehicle. When I called and told them they need a DEALER PLATE on THEIR CAR, the GM told me THEY wanted to cancel the deal altogether. Totally unprofessional, unknowledable and a time waster. I am tempted to post Steve Berteras cell # on here, but to his credit... good help (or in this case, mediocre help) is hard to find. I will NEVER go back. I would recommend you keep looking elsewhere.

I ordered a new vehicle with Bertera in W. Springfield. After a couple of months of waiting, I get the window sticker and build sheet because it is almost ready to ship from the factory. It was missing options that I ordered. I offered to buy it anyway, but at a reduced price. They refused to lower the price. I asked for my deposit back and the salesman told me to come in and get it. When I went over there, the man behind the counter was EXCTREMELY rude to me and refused to give my deposit back. There are other people on here talking about how rude management is. They are understating just how scummy this place is.

I went in to get an estimate on what they would give me for a car we need to sell for an estate. The manager told me to look it up myself and he wasn’t interested. I told him that we were in the market for one and possibly 2 vehicles next month and that I wouldn’t be going there to buy anything. He said that was fine with him. Oh

I worked for Bertera Automotive for a number of years during the early 2000's doing general maintenance on cars, looking back I should of stayed longer, the pay was great because they gave me all the overtime I wanted. I didn't have to count my hours they always paid me the proper amount, this is hard to find anywhere now a days.In 2012 I bought a brand new car from them. This was a long time after I had stopped working for them. The only perk was they got me financed easily at a really good rate. I was really happy with the deal I got. I strongly suggest if you work for them or are buying a car from them make it work, finding a good automotive dealership is hard to do.

I recently went back to give them a 3rd chance..... regretted it immediately. The salesman didn’t listen to me and kept trying to sell me cars I made clear I did not want. He even called me to tell me they just got a car in stock that had everything I was interested in and when I got there it was a car I had already said no to. Just pitiful.

After the old man died several years back the dealerships went to hell. There are other excellent dealerships in our area that are more honest and treat the potential customer with utmost respect. Do your research on bertera auto group and than decide.

We have an excellent, smooth and fast experience thanks to Carlos Torres since the minute we got Into Bertera until last minute there. We were not even gonna purchase a vehicle that day... we were just looking our options after a totalled car accident but with all the caring and Positive enthusiasm from your salesman we were Approved and driving a new Jeep in less than 24 hours thanks to his dedication to help us even on his day off. You Guys Rock!! We will buying from Bertera or Carlos from now one Thanks so much again and keep the good work!!

Doing business with Bertera Ram Center was the easiest transaction as well as the most affordable option as well. I saved over $14000 off my brand new 2017 Ram 1500 truck. Thanks John Lewis and Chris Donah for all your help. I am going to Riverdale Street for all my truck servicing too!

Thank You to Carlos and Brittany in the Service Department. My local dealer said that the cost of the AC unit was going to be 1200 but Brittany got my car in and said that I only needed a recharge which was only 300. I saved big time

I have been to three of bertera dealerships on many occasions. I was treated fairly at metro in Chicopee, Westfield gave me the runaround. And I recently tried dodge dealership on Riverdale I have a checkered credit history we will call it. Was told they would try the next day and nothing. Called sales manager he could have cared less. The person I spoke with before him offered me a discount he was not helpful at all I will never go back to any bertera dealer again . Which stinks because my first experience was great they had no problems putting me in a bad situation but had no answers on how to help
